Yes,

Michael will join from Canada.

And now we have.

.

.

So,

Just remember,

Rasatoma satagamayo,

Let us move from the false to the truth.

Tamasoma jyotiragamayo,

Let us move from the ignorance to wisdom.

And mrityurama mrithangamayo,

Let us move from freedom for the mind to freedom from the mind.

How shall I forgive others?

I asked my master long back.

My master smiled and said,

Do not condemn anyone.

You need not to forgive anyone.

Do not condemn anyone.

You need not to forgive at all.

Condemnation comes from the fear of losing what you know about a person,

A thing and an event.

And when you do not condemn and accept the same as it is,

From where the need to forgive will come to you.

But it should be,

It should be settled in the intellect.

I think,

Did I talk about IQ and manisha?

Manisha is another name of the intellect.

To learn Eastern wisdom,

We don't need IQ.

Keep it aside.

We need manisha.

Simple,

Clear,

Pure,

Receptive,

Intellect.

Finished.

That is known as manisha.

You'll be surprised on the intellect there are five verses on manisha.

Its detailed explanation needs minimum 10 to 15 hours.

The book is known as Manisha Panchakam,

Five verses on manisha.

The master says,

First set your intellect right and then you can learn this Eastern wisdom.

By the way,

Harvard,

University of Oxford,

What is your IQ?

To enter into this Eastern wisdom,

We need simple,

Kind,

Pure,

Human intellect.

Finished.

That's why I could proudly say my master was totally illiterate.

He was not away from his house in the age of 11.

But a genius,

Photogenic memory.

Come back to our Gita.

Now think and tell me your perception.

About a boy who was born in a prison from parents.

And the boy uncle from the mother's side put his parents into the prison.

When he was six years old,

He was poisoned by a vampire.

But anyhow,

He could save his life.

Don't worry,

I'm talking of the same Gita.

But I'll tell you later.

Wait for a minute.

At the age of.

.

.

You want to ask something?

No.

At the age of 11,

He fought with decoys and criminals.

Anyhow,

He was saved.

At the age of 15,

He killed his uncle and took the charge of the kingdom.

Who sent his parents to the kingdom?

Who sent the parents to the prison?

And then,

You know what we say,

Sweet 16?

We have a lot of celebration of sweet 16.

When he turned 16,

He had a lot of soul mates,

Not only one.

Everyone loved him.

But he taught what exactly is love beyond attachment.

And at the age of 89,

He guided his friend Arjuna.

And that is where the Gita is born.

And the name of that master is Krishna.

I just briefed you some of the challenges he faced since his birth until he died.

And he became one of the greatest masters or his natures of Easternism.

So we are learning from that master Krishna.

Last week,

We understood what makes you.

.

.

What makes your intellects unstable.

I believe you might have gone through it.

You read it,

You listen or do it again and again.

Pick up the point,

All the eight factors.

Point out those eight factors.

Like the Alex said,

How dare you mind?

You brought this factor in my life.

Let me throw it out.

Get out of me.

So how to get out of it?

How to make that intellect stable?

That is our topic today.

I told you that Gita consists of 18 chapters.

Every chapter addresses one or the other challenges that we face in life.

You know,

We have a question,

What we do?

What should I do?

My honey is doing like this.

What should I do?

You have the answer.

Second chapter is to shine your intellect with the wisdom so that you live your life fully.

Not by.

.

.

I'm holding back.

Not by becoming rich.

I don't know what to mention.

Enough is enough after all.

You know,

You should.

So master after awakening undergoes a transformation and seeker has yet to undergo a transformation.

So seeker should know what the attributes of master are who is called the Teth-Prajna.

The steady intellect is the word that we use and the Sanskrit word is Teth-Prajna or a man of steady wisdom.

And Krishna practiced that steady wisdom since his birth until he died.

That's why he became the darling of the masses in India who were seeking self-discovery.

He was a great,

You can say in American way,

Great motivational speaker,

Life coach,

Etc.

You can add long.

Mentor,

But he was always calm and cheerful.

Always in every incident and event we read about him that he is cheerful and smiling as if nothing happened.

First sign of steady wisdom.

First sign of steady wisdom.

Yes,

Let me make it repeated,

Make you clear.

I think you will remember.

You see how proud we feel and the kindness that we feel inside.

We instantly feel that sense of compassion,

Kindness,

Friendship,

Love.

When we realize that every book of Eastern wisdom says learn from the teacher by listening to him because he will personalize the learning that will help you awaken.

And every teacher says that I will teach you from the books of Eastern wisdom.

Do we have some deal?

No,

No deal.

It is how the Eastern wisdom works.

We do not go out of these principles of the Eastern wisdom.

The moment we go out of it,

We build our ego.

This is my principle.

This is how I discover.

So that is why our teaching is a joy and a fun.

Our expression is joy and fun.

And the greatest secret comes when we want to know who is the ultimate teacher.

Do you remember?

Did I tell you?

Who is the ultimate teacher?

Teacher,

Then his teacher,

Then his teacher,

Then his teacher and who is the ultimate teacher?

The real self sitting in you.

Why do you approach a teacher?

Because you do not recognize your own potential,

The real self in you.

Hence,

The teacher outside is representing your real self.

Why shouldn't you believe him?

That is the question.

Two reasons.

Because he is teaching from the principles of Eastern wisdom.

Nothing to gain,

Nothing to lose.

Except making some money in teaching.

And that too without setting any term to Kate and Laura,

Then how much you should pay.

So from where that idea comes,

That thought comes.

So that is why,

That is the reason that we should not ask anyone to pay this much.

So that idea is settled in the tradition of the Eastern wisdom that you should wear a dress of a monk.

You become a monk.

And the responsibility of the society is to support that monk in all the ways possible.

That tradition has been lost.

It is still there in some part of India,

But that tradition is lost.

So my master said,

You need not to wear any orange colored clothes.

At present I am wearing,

But it has nothing to do with the monk.

So he said you have to live a life of a professional.

So you see that even that problem was solved that we don't want to become number one,

We want to be one.

We want to remain one inside so that we should not demand anything from anyone.

Check that intellect.

Can I have that intellect?

Can I live with that?

Can I live with that?

So having said that,

The seeker is asking after he explained the eight factors that causes the problem and the challenges in our life that you heard last week.

He is asking four questions.

First question,

Describe to me what a man of steady wisdom does,

How he speaks,

How he talks,

How he walks,

How he interacts with others.

Once we know it and then we see that we are not doing like this,

Then the next question comes,

How we do it.

First we should understand that how a man of steady wisdom is always merged in the highest meditation.

First question,

How he talks,

How he sits,

How he sits with the other people.

Sitting does not mean that in which posture he sits.

So these were the four questions and the whole range of answers were given by Sathapragnya Kavahasa.

What is the way the Sathapragnya.

.

.

He doesn't wear a thousand dollar suit,

Not required.

I bought two suits in New Jersey,

I have to attend a function in the police department and they are still lying as it is,

Only one day,

Two days.

You don't need that.

After that I started wearing the same what I was wearing.

First thing,

What is steady wisdom?

The home of the body,

This home of the body is the physical home,

The home of the desires is the mind and home of the intellect is viveka,

Discernment,

So that it can approach permanent peace,

Happiness,

Love and wisdom that is the nature of the real self.

First thing,

Ask another question.

When we say steady wisdom,

It means the intellect must be sitting in that home which is steady,

Which is not changing,

Which is independent,

Which is full of peace and happiness,

So this intellect should be sitting in the real self.

There is nothing in the world that is steady.

Your bank account,

Ask is it steady.

Your beauty,

Ask yourself.

Mostages of John,

It was black.

Look at it,

Look at it.

Anything,

Find anything that is steady in the world.

So intellect should not be sitting anything in the world.

It may go,

Do the work,

Come back and sit.

But the problem is that we do not know the real self at present but we are a seeker.

We can approach to the intellect by practice.

So did we understand where the intellect is sitting?

That matter is the most.

The intellect is sitting in the soul mate and the soul mate cheated you.

Then find out what the intellect says,

I'm in anxiety.

I have a lot of problem.

What should I do?

I don't know.

That is the expression of the intellect.

Do you see that?

Just check it.

Simply allow the intellect to leave that place where it is sitting.

You are free.

Then you know the problem,

Then you can solve the problem.

What a beauty of the teaching of this master who suffered heavily since his birth until his death.

I gave you only five or six new events.

He was always put himself into the danger,

Again cheerful,

Happy,

Now distraction.

That is the way he lived his life.

There is a text known as Srimad Bhagavatam.

It contains 3,

000 pages and that explains every event that took place in the life of this master.

The seeker needs to adopt or follow the characteristics of the master,

Krishna.

So Krishna is explaining.

An unstable intellect sits in objects,

Thoughts,

People who are constantly changing.

I'm making the things very clear because it may take a couple of sessions to,

I hope it will bring about a change in your life.

Drug addict means what?

Where the intellect is sitting.

Simple.

Mr.

Because of you.

So where the intellect is sitting.

Can you change any person?

No.

Can I change my intellect?

Yes.

Bring the intellect back.

Come on.

Sit here.

Sit inside.

Let me understand you.

Solve the problem.

So the master,

The seeker is asking what is the behavior,

Attitude of that man of his steady wisdom?

How he speaks.

We should not understand that we want to know how he sits and walks.

It means how he lives,

Speaks and thinks of good and bad people he meets every day.

Now I'm coming slowly.

We meet those people every day.

We encounter different events in our life every day.

How he responds to likes and dislikes.

That is the meaning how he sits and speaks.

How he responds to the pain and pleasure.

How he acts in different situations in the world.

How he treats his near and dear ones.

Including honey.

Honey is a good word.

First time when I came here in 2007.

So the women was addressing the dog,

Honey,

Don't do this.

This is bad manner.

So I heard that honey means that you are addressing to this power.

It was the first time I heard.

So I started seeing outside that where is her honey?

No one.

Gradually you guys taught me that honey can be used for.

What is steady wisdom or intellect?

The sitting and the real self awakens the intellect of its powers,

Beauty,

Wisdom.

We are not talking of IQ.

When you talk of IQ there is no beauty.

Do you see that?

There is a striking difference.

That intellect sitting in the real self awakens to the powers,

Beauty and wisdom.

Steady intellect lays in and with the real self that prevents suffering and sorrow in life.

A lot of questions I can create.

How a person with a steady wisdom keeps his understanding about good or bad people?

What to say to the good and bad people as everyone is the real self?

How a person with a steady wisdom's attitude works?

A lot of steps.

Behavior,

Thought,

Speech,

Action,

Relationship,

Expression undergo.

I had one event and there the guy said that,

No,

You inserted me.

So I continuously sent him an email that I'm extremely sorry,

Sorry,

Sorry.

I know intentionally I did nothing.

But it is better to say this.

Now seven points or eight points.

A man of steady wisdom,

Man means men and women both I mean to say.

Not only three,

Me,

John and Michael,

But a person of steady wisdom.

First point.

That 24 by 7 he finds satisfaction or she finds satisfaction in himself.

We will understand that.

Second point.

He chooses the path of Shreyas internally through the intellect.

What is Shreyas?

Simple.

What is good and right?

Instead of what I like,

What is pleasant to me.

So what I like and what is pleasant to me is the path of Preyas.

The word is known as Preyas.

I like eating pasta.

I always like and I overeat and I had a problem.

So what I like and what is pleasant to me.

So that is the second part.

Person of steady wisdom has an equanimity in the mind.

We will understand what is that equanimity.

What is that equanimity in the mind?

How it comes?

From where it comes?

And what we have learned in the yoga sutra?

Directly I can say he had sense control.

He is capable of withdrawing the sense organs inward at will,

At an order of the mind.

That is why I gave you this story.

Why should I ask forgiveness?

Three.

I talk satisfaction in the self.

Then follow Preyas,

Equanimity of mind,

Sense control.

And fifth.

A person of steady wisdom is 100% clear about what is pleasure and what is permanent happiness.

Pleasure,

Pain,

Cycle continues.

When the pleasure ends,

Pain has to come.

There is no way you can stop it.

That is the way the life of a person who has an unstable intellect,

Always running after pleasure to avoid pain,

But the pain will come.

Instead,

The man of steady wisdom looks for where the permanent happiness is.

Let me live with it.

Last point.

He is constantly,

The person of steady wisdom is constantly disciplining and educating the mind because every day is a learning.

Every day he finds or she finds a new event,

New challenges.

So he puts the mind on education,

Asking the mind,

Are you in kindergarten in this subject?

So when I'm in kindergarten,

When I love someone or I love all the one,

And that love is attachment,

I have to suffer.

The mind is in kindergarten,

Disciplined and educating the mind all the time.

24 by 7.

Another point,

The person of steady wisdom.

All the sensor organs are in harmony with one another.

Person of steady wisdom,

The last point,

He has a tremendous power inside.

He knows the method to remove the obstacles,

The challenges that the life poses every moment.

I covered 8 or 9 points.

Now understand how this intellect works.

There are four graces,

Graces and blessings in life.

Then it will become clear how a person of steady wisdom works and lives his life.

Problem comes,

It is the grace of God.

Why?

I can make my mind stable,

Strong,

Tolerate the ups and downs in life.

Lowest grace,

Eastern wisdom says this is the lowest grace.

But grace is there.

Then what happens?

You are constantly subjected to the same kind of problems and the challenges in your life,

Right?

But still you are not able to solve it and somehow you read some books,

You encounter the teacher,

Maybe you encounter the weird guy,

And he says come on,

Leave the problems there.

Find out there is a new way.

That is the way of the Eastern wisdom to self-discover the entire problems of life is because of ignorance,

Who am I,

What is the world and what is the existence.

So you study,

So you get the grace from the text,

From the knowledge.

So the lowest grace is grace of the God.

Then because of that grace of the God,

You had a chance to study and understand.

You are coming,

Your mind is coming near to you,

The second grace.

But still you are confused.

Who is confused?

The intellect.

How dare I say that?

You are confused.

Your intellect is confused.

So then teacher comes in your life.

That is the third grace,

The grace of a teacher.

And then you commit to study this Eastern wisdom to study yourself.

That is the highest grace,

That is known as the grace of the self.

Then you are ready to discover yourself.

The intellect is already fairly steady.

Why?

You have a problem in relationship,

You say what should I do?

Let me find out the answer in the Eastern wisdom.

You don't blame and complain,

That's why I gave you the story in the beginning.

You say you go within yourself.

You find the answer.

The grace of the self,

If you bless yourself with the nollies of this Eastern wisdom,

Through the teacher,

Through the text,

And ultimately you see the problems are just at bay,

At a distance.

Our master says,

Hey the same master says,

The grace of a god in human birth is what?

I got a human birth,

That is the greatest gift to me by the god,

That I am a human being.

Is it not enough?

I don't recognize this.

I blame parents why you gave me the birth.

Remember I told you the story,

The 16 year old boy was fighting with the dad.

Dad says,

How come in what moment I gave you the birth?

The boy said,

I gave you the birth dad.

I gave you the birth dad.

So American way,

What the hell you are talking to me?

Did you give me the birth?

The boy said yes.

The boy might have studied the Eastern wisdom.

So the boy said,

The moment I was born,

You became dad.

Before that you were not the dad.

So we both are 16 years old.

Refuse the logic.

There is no way.

So you see the grace of the Eastern wisdom means knowledge in the intellect sparks when we study,

Learn,

Understand the purpose of life and start searching for guidance.

Before going there,

We should understand a smaller point.

Whose intellect is settled and lives in the real self?

One pointed in the real self.

It is steady wisdom.

When the intellect finds the real self,

Sits and settles in real self,

It discovers the permanent happiness,

Peace,

Love,

Wisdom.

That intellect prevents anxiety,

Fear,

Insecurity,

Problems to enter life.

Now see what happens.

You are free.

From what?

That poses a challenge every day.

Anxiety,

Fear,

Insecurity,

Pain,

Pleasure.

You are out of it.

How your intellect will work?

You are super creative.

You know the direction in which your life should move.

How it happens?

My eyes show the feet the road ahead and then the feet take a step ahead.

If my eyes are closed,

If I take a step,

My mind is full of fear.

Should I fall?

Should I hit?

You see,

Sense organ,

Sense organ.

Why they are known as five sense organ?

They are instrument of knowledge.

So tell me,

Is the knowledge first or practice first?

We forget this.

That is why we are not able to make our intellect steady.

Other points will come.

I see and tell the path to the feet to move ahead and we move by feet.

There are two things.

What are those two things?

Decision and steady intellect.

Two things.

Decision,

Steady intellect.

So steady intellect follows the decision.

By decision we should allow the intellect to see what is right and good,

Wrong and right,

Likes and dislikes,

Just and unjust,

And by steady intellect we should take a firm decision to move into life.

That is one way to explain what is steady wisdom.

Clear?

We are going slowly.

It needs to be done slowly because if you don't do it,

Then prajahati ada kamana.

So my friend will ask where it is written.

So it is second chapter and 55th verse.

Here it is.

So this is the.

.

.

He says,

Theta prajnata ada ucyate,

Who is known as a person of steady wisdom.

When a man expels all desires from the mind and is satisfied in the self,

By the self,

Then he is called a person of steady wisdom.

But a lot of things to understand.

Don't take these words as it is.

Now how can I get rid of all the desires?

You know the mind challenges.

Our own mind challenges.

And we know it is because of the desire we are suffering.

So we'll understand slowly what he says.

Who is a man of steady wisdom?

Who is satisfied in the self,

By the self,

For the self,

If I add it.

Democracy is.

.

.

You remember who said this.

He says,

For the people by the.

.

.

So apply this so that you remember.

We want happiness all the time.

We don't want sorrow and suffering.

Is it clear?

Clear.

We created the cause of sorrow in the past and effect will surely be there.

Can I give you an example?

I'm deeply attached.

Attachment is my life.

I grow.

I become a dirt.

Now I'm attached to my soulmate.

Attachment I lived with my entire life.

Now I find,

Found this soulmate.

My near and dear ones in my relations,

My parents have tolerated my attachment.

How can the soulmate can tolerate my attachment?

I have sown the seed of the attachment in the past.

Unstable intellect.

If you had not created any issue of the sorrow in the past,

Effect is the absence of sorrow that reveals the happiness within.

Are you getting it?

We are picking up everything very step by step.

At the time when we are creating the cause for the sorrow,

If you have stopped it,

There will be no sorrow in the future.

That is what we say the past impressions creates and makes and makes and breaks your life.

You work impulsively habitually because what you have inherited,

What traits that you have created,

Alex,

Since your childhood,

Nobody was there to guide,

But now you are learning Eastern wisdom.

Now is the right time to take a step ahead.

So we should not create the causes for the sorrow and the suffering in the future.

So future life brings an end to the suffering.

Finished.

I cannot do anything what happened to me in the past.

Do you see that?

What is the goal?

End of suffering.

Now,

That's why I was repeating again and again,

27 years of marriage,

Enough is enough.

Can I learn from these two people?

A great couple?

Now,

Yes,

I'll pick up that.

I'll complete that.

Where is the intellect moving?

Thoughts of desire not fulfilled.

Thoughts of desire fulfilled.

Thought to protect what is attained and what we do not have,

We want to have.

I receive an email,

Something like reputation online,

Unnecessary spam.

Your reputation is at stake because of 20 posts.

I read it and I said,

Let it be at stake.

Because if it is at stake,

Then you'll end up paying $60 a month.

Because they are the authority to help me,

My reputation.

Message is clear.

What is the message?

My satisfaction,

I'm satisfied with myself.

Whether you say you are the worst guy,

I will say you are right.

I know myself better than you.

Thank you very much.

Are you getting it?

Simple.

First,

You have to be into that state and the intellect is sitting inside.

Then you don't worry about your rep,

Because you did nothing.

You did nothing.

Something like this,

Reputation online.

Yesterday I said,

Very good,

Thank you very much.

I don't want any reputation.

Why?

Because the intellect is sitting in the wisdom.

So what this master is saying,

We are going a little deeper.

Satisfaction,

Come to the word satisfaction.

I'm happy and satisfied,

Isn't it?

That satisfaction and contentment,

My intellect is running outside in the word at three levels.

Look at the beauty,

Krishna is guiding you.

I am just passing on this wisdom to you.

We are happy with the objects of the word in three different ways.

Happy means satisfied,

Satisfaction.

I say I contentment,

I am happy.

So it means the intellect finds its satisfaction at three levels with the word outside,

Without knowing what the word is,

Without knowing who I am.

When the mind is constantly searching or habituated with the satisfaction in three groups of objects,

We start living in ignorance,

Causing sorrow and suffering.

We lived in the past with the same attitude,

Same behavior,

And that accumulated a lot of impressions that is being expressed in today's life.

The moment you say I am suffering,

I have a lot of challenges you don't know.

It's a privacy issue in our country,

But again then you start opening up.

I can only tell you that I have a little problem with my spouse.

I said my goodness.

So one friend of mine,

I said how is your honey?

No,

You are encroaching my privacy.

I said hell with this privacy,

I don't want to talk to you about your well-being.

You told me,

That's why I am talking.

I challenged her and then she calmed down.

I removed that idea of privacy for which she is habituated.

Do you see I am keeping a secret?

Contentment at three levels.

The word is known as,

You should remember these words,

So that it will help you recall the like,

Like,

Elects,

Explain.

This is known as rati,

Trapti,

Tushti.

And then we will understand what is rati,

Trapti,

Tushti.

Three factors of happiness and contentment that this intellect follows without understanding,

In ignorance,

That causes a lot of problems in our daily life.

If we do not get physical pleasure,

Physical pleasure,

Sensual pleasure,

That is known as rati.

We do not satisfy our palate,

That is known as trapti.

And if we do not satisfy by accumulating movable and immovable possessions,

That is known as tushti.

Now I am happy,

Satisfied,

I have a million dollar,

A big house.

No,

No,

I am not going there again,

You know,

Otherwise you will say that you are obsessed with that couple.

Why should I get obsessed with that couple?

They are billionaires.

So rati,

Physical pleasures.

First is the physical pleasure.

Second is the trapti,

The satisfaction in the palate.

Now I am totally frustrated today,

I had a fight with my honey,

So that is why I have come to the restaurant sitting idly,

To let me satisfy myself with the palate.

I know this thing happens with each one of you,

If the problem is there.

I have to get rid of this.

Third is tushti.

The word tushti means that I have enough resources,

Movable and immovable,

So that I am satisfied,

I am happy.

I can go along,

But I am still frustrated,

Because I am not satisfied with the first two,

Rati,

Trapti and tushti.

Wealth,

Food,

Pleasure.

In all the above we get contentment through different sense organs.

Now see,

Sense organs.

Rati,

Which sense organ is employed?

Food,

Which sense organ is employed?

Wealth and accumulation,

Which sense organ is employed?

Look at the subtle understanding.

Subtle understanding.

Now if I like most stages of John,

Then I am attached to him.

Now I am not using the women here,

They may feel bad about it.

So,

You see that?

So I have to check which sense organ is looking for satisfaction,

Contentment in my life with reference to the object's person in the world.

Rati,

Trapti,

Tushti,

Minded.

We are just introducing the entire field of steady wisdom.

So we are finding where lies the problem.

Tell me.

You have a couple of thousands of dollars in your bank account.

Your intellect finds no,

I am satisfied.

I am happy at this moment.

Don't you see that?

Today,

You meet with honey sensuality.

Pleasure is physical,

Pleasure is there.

Don't you find it kind of satisfaction?

Honey,

Should I cook a good food for you because I am satisfied?

Ask yourself.

And in the middle,

The good pallet.

That's why I am making a good food.

If you react to your honey,

Can you make a good food?

Look at those.

What is satisfaction with oneself?

Now,

Answer is coming.

To be satisfied with objects related to rati,

The sense of touch,

Sensuality with the sexual pleasure,

The knot is created because of ignorance and it causes a lot of challenges internally,

Mentally,

Emotionally.

Tripti is the sense of taste with the food.

It is another knot that we create and toasty many possessions,

Mental knot that we create.

That's why you say I am homeless.

I explain to you why I am jobless.

I explain to you why I am knowledge less.

Why I am happy.

That's why.

How to drop,

Dissolve and destroy all desires causing sorrow and suffering?

That is the first line of the phrase.

Self-satisfaction,

No object,

No sense of organ,

No thought in the mind about desire.

Satisfaction free from the senses,

Satisfaction free from the objects.

The moment the intellect says,

I will be happy,

Satisfied,

Check,

Recheck.

I am not saying don't go for physical pleasure.

I am not saying don't eat what you like.

I am not saying that.

I am not saying don't accumulate the wealth but keep your intellect in check.

Satisfaction always lies in the real self.

No,

No,

You don't understand.

I remember the guy who told me I go for physical pleasure every day.

I said why every day?

I go for physical pleasure 24 by 7.

Then you don't need any physical pleasure.

No,

I like pasta so can you eat pasta when you are in anxiety and stress?

Because you are happy with it.

Because it makes you satisfied.

We don't think in that way.

We don't think in that way.

No physical pleasure,

No mental pleasure,

No emotional pleasure.

Satisfaction,

Contentment,

Coming from the world of object and person can satisfy you 24 by 7.

Because the intellect keeps sitting there.

Can you refuse and reject?

Consciously keep your intellect aware the life will change.

It is just the beginning Krishna is saying.

This intellect or the mind lives in five subjective and objective states.

Now understand,

When this intellect is sitting in any object outside it makes your intellect insane.

You are not able to express it at this time but it is going to express it at a later stage.

This is what the master is saying.

When the intellect is sitting outside in any object,

In a person,

Then it makes the intellect wandering.

It causes the distraction.

It loses the ability to focus.

You lose the ability to make the intellect or mind empty.

How are you understanding?

Getting a feel of it.

Now we have millions of thoughts categorized into five categories that I explained to you before.

And every thought is either painful or non-painful.

Am I getting a message?

You did not understand.

All the thoughts that you are receiving pertains to the object.

It clarifies that the intellect is sitting outside and all these thoughts are either painful or non-painful.

Why painful?

I am living in ignorance and I am supporting the five causes of suffering.

And one of them was already explained,

Written by Michael in the chat.

Did you understand the way I came from three levels of satisfaction?

The intellect is constantly seeking the satisfaction in Rati,

Tracti and Tushti.

You sit today after this session even for ten minutes.

Your intellect will say,

I'll be happy if I do this.

I'll be happy if your honey does this.

I will be happy.

Happy means satisfaction contentment.

Intellect is sitting outside.

Because it is sitting outside,

It is living in distracted state of the mind,

The wandering state of the mind and insane.

And all these thoughts are created by the intellect because it is sitting outside.

You have millions of the thoughts.

They are painful and non-painful.

Why they are painful?

That is the question.

We want to bring an end to the suffering.

So because these thoughts cause the pain and the suffering because of five factors,

There are five causes.

Our Master explained in the second chapter,

Avidya,

Asmita,

Raghudvesh,

Abhinivesh.

And that is why the intellect is unstable.

You see?

They created a map.

Krishna explains like this.

So what are those five factors?

Avidya.

First is Avidya.

Avidya means ignorance.

Ignorance does not mean that you are not intelligent.

I'm sorry if you feel offended that you are ignorant.

Who knows who gets offended by what?

Sometimes you praise and you get offended.

So first is Avidya,

Ignorance.

Ignorance simply means I do not know who am I.

This is one way to put it.

The other way is that I have a lot of misconceptions,

Wrong notions about myself.

I have a lot of wrong notions.

This is especially when you are with a couple of women and you say,

The first women,

You are most beautiful.

The other four will start looking at you.

They will look at me.

But you are not paying attention to the rest four.

So you have to be careful.

So first is the lack of awareness of reality.

Who am I?

I explained you.

Because of this ignorance,

It creates ego,

A very subtle ego inside.

The subtle ego is the third and the fourth factor.

It is the attachment and detachment.

And the home of attachment and detachment,

That I am the body,

My mind,

Intellect sits completely in the body,

It is obsessed with the body.

And that is why it is looking for satisfaction outside.

And that causes the problem in your daily life.

So I have completed up to this.

Anvanatma,

This is five thought patterns.

Did you understand that?

This is what the verse is.

Did you get it?

All the thoughts are there.

So obviously once you have a thought that gives you the pain,

Isn't it?

You think,

You feel.

So thought that gives you the pain and the suffering is supported by the five factors.

What are the five causes of suffering?

Avidya,

Ignorance,

Asmita,

Ego,

How dare you don't love me.

Another expression is anxiety,

Craving,

Attachment.

See that?

See,

Understand that.

Do you see that?

I want to express through the intellect,

How dare you don't love me,

John.

But why I say that?

Because I have an attachment with you.

I don't express this way,

But then I say,

No,

I'm upset,

You made me upset.

My different expression,

You made me upset.

You see that?

I have done so much for you.

I loved you so much,

But you don't have time to love me.

Attachment,

Detachment.

So five factors.

Ignorance,

First,

Asmita means ego,

Second,

Third,

Attachment and detachment.

Third and fourth,

Fifth is now this body is sitting in,

Mind is sitting,

Intellect is sitting in the body.

As long as the intellect is sitting completely obsessed with this body,

It will continue to create the attachment and detachment and egoism and we will fall into ignorance and that will continue to make my life crazy and suffering.

So this master is saying,

If I go back,

If you read the first line of the verse,

What the first line of the verse is?

First line of the verse?

Yes,

Prajahati yadakamana sarvan partham anogatan.

So when I'm satisfied in myself,

By myself,

With myself all the time and then I see what I need.

You see the solution?

Now intellect is sitting within.

It has left the idea of its satisfaction outside.

Now I see what should I do today to live?

Then I start breaking up these five factors.

Who is awakened?

When you have a steady intellect,

You can easily go into meditation,

Higher meditation drops and dissolves the intellect.

When the intellect aligns with the real self,

When it aligns with the real self,

Then you live into the higher consciousness all the time.

24 by 7.

And when you live 24 by 7 in that state,

You have followed the Eastern wisdom.

We have yet to cover all the eight points.

So this is just an introduction.

Think of it.

I am happy because of you.

I will be stressed because of you next time.

So I'm stressed because of you?

No,

Because I think you should behave the way I want you to behave.

You don't have any dependence.

No,

You don't have any independence.

Why?

Because I'm your friend.

Do you understand that?

Did you understand that?

Let me pick up.

Your intellect is sitting outside.

John is a good example.

So now my intellect says,

John,

Mentally,

It says mentally,

John,

You have to think the way I am thinking about me.

Otherwise,

I will be upset.

This is the problem because intellect is sitting in John.

But this is the half of the problem.

John,

You should think the way I am thinking about you.

Are you getting it?

What is this?

A judgment.

A judgment in my body.

I'm sitting in the body.

I have an ego.

What is that ego?

What is that ego?

Now understand,

All the five factors are there.

I say to John internally that you have lost your freedom.

You should not open your mouth.

The way I do not think about you,

The way you should not think about me,

The moment you do it,

Then I have a problem.

Then I have thoughts that are painful.

That causes the suffering in my life that destroys my life.

Are you getting it?

As long as your intellect is sitting outside,

It is searching for three kinds of satisfaction.

What is the third one in relationship to the John that I explained to you as an example?

That I earned a friendship with you.

The condition is that you should think the way I am thinking about you and you should think the way I am thinking about myself.

But John says,

You never told me.

Do you see that?

Examine your life in light of this wisdom this week so that we can move ahead with another.

There are some words from this great Master if you have any questions.
