Bring awareness into your body.
Bring movement to your body.
Take a moment to stretch.
Reaching your arms up,
Moving your neck back and forth.
Bringing your arms overhead.
Circling your arms,
Maybe circling your ankles.
Feeling the movement in your body begin to settle the subtle energy.
Get comfortable.
Perhaps close your eyes if that feels good.
Inhaling and then you exhale.
Take a long,
Slow out breath.
Repeating that once again,
Inhaling.
And on the exhale,
Take a long,
Slow out breath.
One more inhale.
And this time on the exhale,
Let out a sigh through the mouth.
Repeating that if it feels good.
On your next breath in,
Breathe in from the ground.
Imagine the earth's elements moving from the ground up.
And when you breathe out,
Give your body's weight back to the ground,
To the surface that you're on.
Repeating that pattern,
Breathing in from the ground.
Breathing out,
Giving your body's weight into the surface supporting you or back to the earth.
You can return your breathing to normal,
Whatever feels good to you.
Take a moment to visualize yourself and your end goal.
Successful,
Happy,
Feeling success,
Feeling joy.
Imagine seeing yourself in a beautiful,
Supported space at one with your goal,
In success of your goal.
With awareness at your third eye,
Allowing your imagination and your visualization to take you there.
Imagine beaming into yourself as if you're watching from a bird's eye view and you beam in through the layers of your skin.
And you begin to visualize every cell filled with bright light,
Whatever color you should choose.
You may even notice movement in the body,
In the cells.
You may even notice when you intend to see or acknowledge the neurons,
What happens for you.
Trusting that your imagination is giving you accurate information.
See if you can bring the movement and pace of what you are seeing or sensing or feeling into full balance alignment.

In attaining her goal,
You see her ebbing and flowing,
But not ebbing with the ebbs,
Rather flowing with life ebbs.
Seeing her laughing,
Visualizing self listening to the biorhythms,
Seeing self going to bed when self is tired,
Eating when hungry,
Not eating when full,
Doing one thing at a time.
As you see yourself from a birds eye view,
Ask yourself,
What do you need to come in to full grace and alignment now?
Noticing what that answer is.
Breathing that in,
Imagine breathing in that answer from the ground.
Once again,
Breathing out your body's weight into the surface you're on.
Breathing in and taking a long,
Slow breath out.
Taking another deep breath in with a long slow out breath.
If it feels good,
Begin to bring stretch into the body,
Reaching all the way up,
Moving the head and neck when you feel ready.
Bringing this need with you,
What your higher self needs.
Bringing this need back to reality as you continue to move your body and eventually when you feel ready,
You can slowly begin to open your eyes to the light.
