Placing yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out the mouth.
And on the next inhale,
Imagine breathing in,
Breath to the third eye.
And on the exhale,
Breathing out the mouth.
This time breathing in the essence of an amethyst.
Imagine an amethyst,
Dark purple stone sitting at your third eye.
You may feel a tingling sensation.
And imagine,
Vision,
Intend for this amethyst stone to begin to move down the left and up the right.
Down the left and up the right.
This stone is infusing vision,
Truth,
And comfort to look at all sides of life.
Of your life.
And you imagine this amethyst moving out in front of you.
It stays in line with the eye.
With the third eye.
But it moves out in front of you and you envision,
Know,
Feel this stone unfolding almost into a line of energy.
You can see,
Feel,
Hear,
Or know this amethyst line of energy.
You may vision it going from left to right as a line of amethyst energy that is all seeing.
And you begin to notice this line that symbolizes your life.
And although spirit does not do time,
You affirm,
I am human and it is my experience to perceive past,
Present,
And future.
And seeing this line with an amethyst essence,
You begin to understand that it is all interconnected.
And if you look at this line of life,
You can begin to see it as almost a movie reel play out.
And perhaps everything has an amethyst color tint.
You affirm healing streams of divine amethyst light coming all around you.
And you imagine this amethyst shower and white light coming all around you.
And you imagine this same light moving over the entirety of what you perceive to be your life and this movie reel of your life.
And again,
As you bring healing streams of amethyst essence light all around you,
You imagine this coming from up above your head,
Downward.
You begin to sense a presence.
It may even see dark purple light.
Maybe you feel a tingling sensation at the third eye,
Both the front and the back.
And you affirm,

Spirit,
For sending me Archangel Jeremiah,
For helping me to see,
To see this timeline through visions,
Symbols,
Pictures,
And dreams.
Thank you for helping me to clearly feel.
Thank you for helping me to take inventory of my past,
Assess my present,
And clearly know what action to take moving forward.
Thank you for helping me to understand and review now how my past events have led to my current physical,
Emotional,
And connected state.
You feel this presence overcome you.
You know that you are safe to see.
And here as you affirm this heavenly help,
Take a moment to notice what transpires on this movie reel in front of you.
Drawing your attention and awareness to the area on this line that represents to you your future self,
Noticing a symbol or sign or feeling of a specific goal that you have,
That you have held.
Here you are being shown the patterns that don't serve,
That may be holding you back from that goal.
