Breathing in acceptance,
Communication,

Breathing out sadness,
Dis-ease,
And illusion.

Imagining energy moving down the left and up the right side of the throat.
Taking a moment to feel the space around you affirming,
I am all that I am.
Finding the energy present,
Acknowledging I am a part of God's plan.
Affirming Angel's guides and helpers.

To teach.
