Exhaling any tension Bringing your awareness to your root chakra at the base of your tailbone Focus on sending a grounding cord from your tailbone to the earth Take a moment to establish this connection with earth to honor the presence of your grounding cord now Your grounding cord is light,
Strong,
Connected Move your attention slowly from your root chakra Up the chakra system in your tummy Feeling the areas between your ribs,
Moving upward to your heart Focusing on your throat,
The area between your eyebrows,
On your forehead and the top of your head Imagine now a pillar of light through this entire chakra system Moving from up above you,
Through you,
Around you And beyond your feet below Imagine pure light from source energy above passing through you Entering your body through the portal above your head,
Through your crown Moving through your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Continuing downward Your solar plexus,
