Good morning,

And welcome to this guided meditation.

Go ahead and make yourself comfortable.

Now let's go ahead and close our eyes.

Breathe.

Slowly,

Slow your breath down.

Feel the air enter your nostrils and out your mouth,

And on your next breath in,

Fill your chest and carry it further,

And fill your belly.

Feel this breath as it carries through your body,

Nourishing as it travels through your arteries,

Rich,

Richly supporting your entire body.

Feel your body working together,

In unison,

All the different parts,

In and out.

As you've just connected to your body,

We're going to connect to the universe.

Breathe in,

And feel a ball of energy inside of you,

Possibly in your throat,

Your head,

Your chest,

Or maybe even your belly.

Wherever this light resides,

Feel it.

Now bring this light into your full awareness,

And feel it extend from inside of you,

Up over your head,

Above,

Into the sky,

Past the many layers of our atmosphere,

And send this energy beyond.

Connect to the infinite space above.

Take one last deep breath,

And send that light even further,

So you feel it fully connect.

Now,

Feel that light come back down to that core light inside of you,

And now connect down into the center of the earth.

Extend the light and energy from your core,

And connect.

Feel this energy go deep down,

Through all the layers of earth.

Feel your light easily penetrate deep down,

Until you get to an area that's a bit bouncy and happy.

Now feel the energy from the earth come back up,

As it sends it back up through you,

And fill your entire body with this connected light.

Now feel that energy that you're engulfed in expand out,

And fill the room you're in.

Expand it a little further to the entire neighborhood you're in.

Expand out and connect with this city.

Feel yourself connect to every living being in the city you're in.

Now the country,

Now the continent.

And expand one more time to encompass the entire planet.

You're now connected to every living being on earth.

We're going to go a little deeper now.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself standing at the top of a beautiful staircase before you.

Look down,

And see a beautiful,

Love-filled doorway below,

At the bottom of the staircase.

We're going to go a little deeper with every step down.

And as you feel that this is a safe and loving place,

Take one step down at a time.

Ten,

Eight,

Going deeper now,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Feeling yourself going deeper,

Four,

Three,

Two.

You're almost to the bottom of the staircase,

And you can feel the positive,

Strong,

Natural energy here.

Feel yourself down,

Deep,

Connected.

You step forward,

Toward this sunny doorway,

And with confidence and excitement,

You step through it,

Into a beautiful,

Open meadow.

You just breathe in the peace,

The joy,

And the expansiveness here.

Nearby,

There's a beautiful tree.

It's been here for many years.

Its trunk is thick,

And roots spread wide,

And the leaves are high above,

Resting peacefully.

On the right side of this majestic tree,

In the shade of its branches,

Is a table.

On the table,

It's empty,

But underneath the table sits two buckets.

One gray bucket,

And one blue bucket.

You gracefully approach the table,

Under this tree,

And feel the top of it,

Feel its smoothness.

As you stand,

And appreciate this peaceful scene,

Your curiosity grows.

What's in the buckets?

So you lean down,

And pick up this gray bucket.

On the bucket,

The words,

Lie Bucket,

Appear.

Notice the color the words are in.

It's a bit heavy,

And as you look inside of it,

There are lots of words and feelings floating around inside.

Lots of stories.

You place this gray bucket on the top right side of the table.

Now let's pick up the blue bucket.

As you have it in your hands,

You see the words,

Truth Bucket,

Appear on the side.

Notice the color of these words.

Notice the bucket's lightness.

Notice its happiness.

And you gently place it on the left side,

Next to the gray bucket.

Now,

With these two buckets in front of you,

You decide to see what's in your gray bucket.

You glance inside,

And you see lots of ideas,

Symbols,

And memories.

Pictures you haven't taken,

But you're in,

And you look happy.

Letters you've written,

But they're dated for three years from now.

Fragrances that are so divine,

But you haven't smelled before.

Sounds that feel good,

But you haven't heard yet.

Laughter from new friends and old,

Combined in a chorus of joy.

You see into this bucket,

And you realize this bucket has what you want inside of it.

Feel a peace come over you.

Center yourself.

See this gray bucket.

Reach out and put your hands on it,

And send it blessings.

Feel your heart open toward taking these moments of sheer joy and desire.

Feel your mind accept them for you,

Specifically.

Feel that these moments and these memories are yours.

And now feel your heart open to them.

Now feel the beauty inside this bucket spread into you and begin to glow.

You decide to take a few things out of this bucket,

One at a time.

You can come here anytime and take out what's inside.

You feel that this bucket is here for you.

It's yours,

And it's full of the things you desire in your life.

You decide to reach in,

And as you do,

This exuberant,

Lively energy begins to swirl around you.

Let the words swirl around your hand,

And with excitement grab a string of words.

As you pull out these words,

Notice that the positive feelings created in your whole body are beautiful.

Sit in that,

And you read the words.

They say,

My clients are the exact high-end clients that can use my services and pay me handsomely for my knowledge,

Growth,

And direction.

These words feel true.

And you ask yourself,

What would it feel like if I had the exact clients needed in my care,

And the money was generated easily and effortlessly?

Feel it.

Now the moment you've been waiting for.

Put this phrase in your hands.

Into your truth bucket.

Into your blue bucket.

Feel that magic soar around you.

Enter it.

Feel it.

Feel it become one with you.

And feel it as your truth.

Now let's reach into the gray bucket one more time.

And as you put your hand inside,

Feel the energy.

Feel all these emotions and moments and desires wanting you to take them and open up to them.

You spread your fingers wide and reach down,

Closing your hand around a photo.

As you pull it out,

You see a picture of you and about 400 men and women around you and behind you.

You can feel their adoration,

Gratitude,

And love toward you.

As they smile ear to ear,

Knowing they're in the presence of the beautiful soul who's changed their lives.

Changed their relationships.

Changed their thoughts so they could live their best lives possible.

This picture tells you a story,

And you allow its energy to flow through you.

You can feel them.

They are all getting ready for you.

As you feel the connections,

You can decide,

Yes,

This is for me.

This is mine.

Decide now.

See it as your truth.

And set that photo gently into your truth bucket.

Again,

Feel the surge of energy swirl around you as you accept you.

You think to yourself,

The money generated is more than enough to live beautifully,

Happily,

Abundantly,

And securely for the rest of my and my family's lives.

The work performed is changing lives,

Families,

And relationships for the better.

As you enjoy this energy,

You decide to reach in one more.

You put your hand into this gray bucket,

Which no longer feels like lies.

It feels like the future.

You reach in,

And again,

The energetic surge swirls around your hand and up your arm.

You close your hand,

And this time,

You grab something thin and cold,

Like glass.

You pull it out,

And it's a mirror.

This interests you.

And as you hold it up,

You see yourself.

As you look into this mirror,

The mirrored image starts to become younger and younger.

It's the younger you.

Keep going back until you see yourself as a tiny infant.

In fact,

It's your first day here on Earth,

Looking at you now.

As you look into each other's eyes and recognize they are the same loving eyes,

You notice something is fading onto the mirror.

As it takes shape,

You read these six words.

I am enough.

I always am.

That connection between you two is beautiful,

And a supportive understanding and love between you two has just been strengthened.

You soak in the love,

The clarity,

And the knowing that you are enough.

You feel that little tiny girl,

And you know she will always be enough.

With all of this love,

You see that truth bucket,

And you peacefully place this mirror into your truth bucket.

Feel your truth bucket flowing with you and who you really are,

This strong,

Knowledgeable leader stepping forward.

As you have this energy and these truths in your truth bucket,

It's now time to return.

You know you are welcome here any time.

You look over at your pray bucket and feel the truths waving in there for you to wake up and rejuvenate.

You pick up your truth bucket with one arm,

And as you stand there,

You reach out and hold your other hand to the tree.

As you do,

Your truth bucket,

Your truths,

You,

And your tree all connect in a beautiful energetic connection to the universe.

Feel the support and truth from the universe.

Feel it come together like a ray of energy,

And as you thank this energy,

Slowly count up to five as we come back to now,

Bringing all of our truths with us.
