Welcome to this guided meditation.
Let's go ahead and slowly adjust and prepare ourself for a wonderful healing meditation.
Feel free to do this daily.
You can quickly incorporate this activity into your daily routine on its own.
It's best to sit or lay down in your most comfortable position and make sure not to do this while you're driving.
Let go and calmly close your eyes.
We're all here experiencing a different moment.
We all have different comfort levels,
So our meditation will be shared as if you're laying down on your back.
In your mind's eye,
Picture a very fine mesh sieve.
A sieve fine enough to filter out material on a molecular level while still allowing it to travel effortlessly through your body.
This healing sieve is going to make its way through you,
Cleansing and clearing,
Healing and repairing as it effortlessly travels through you and for you.
Relax.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe deeply in and slowly out.
And one more time in and slowly out.
Now let's begin.
One,
Feel this cool blue healing sieve as it gently and kindly comes in and makes contact with the pads of your feet.
Feel it enter and move through your foot bones,
Through the muscles,
Through your body part by part,
Working its way toward the top of your head,
Clearing and cleansing as it slowly moves.
As it moves up,
Entering your ankles and continuing upward.
Feel this sieve cleaning as it comes to and enters and cleans your arteries,
Beginning in your feet,
Full of oxygen-rich blood in your veins,
All taking oxygen-rich blood to your heart and deoxygenated blood away from your heart,
Leaving your blood and systems ready to run.
There's a path through your entire body and the sieve does clean everything.
Nothing is left untouched.
Two,
Feel it travel through you as it cleanses up your calf muscles,
Around your knees and kneecaps,
And through your leg bones.
The sieve knows where to go and it automatically and effortlessly does its job,
Healing and releasing the locked-in hurt and pain.
Small blocks being caught and dissipating as they are released and removed by this healing sieve.
Allow this sieve to cleanse as it moves.
Feel it.
Feel the movement and freedom it provides.
Trust and expect the very best.
To stop the suffering in your life,
Let go of whatever you're clinging to.
Three,
As it starts to travel up and through your thighs,
Cleaning and healing.
Cleaning your oxygen and blood with every movement along its scanning and releasing journey.
And as it enters your stretched out fingertips,
You feel the coolness and heat at the same time.
The pads of your fingers are relaxed and up through your fingers,
Up through your palms.
Four,
Through your wrists and forearms and moving up in and gliding up and through your genitals,
Healing,
Healing,
Healing,
Cleansing,
And healing.
This cool,
Crisp,
And well-meaning sieve bringing out any pain and cleansing peacefully as it moves.
Five,
Feel as it enters the base of your spine,
Your spinal cord,
Your vertebrae.
Cleansing and healing up through your anus and rectum and making its way smoothly into your large intestines and small intestines and into your hips.
This healing is beautiful and appreciated.
Six,
Through your elbows and ribs,
Your bladder,
Your spleen,
Pancreas,
Gallbladder.
Cleaning your kidneys,
Your wonderful stomach and liver as it moves up,
Your backbone getting stronger.
Feeling the cleaning and healing stronger and stronger.
Seven,
Up into your ribs and into your precious heart,
Through your sternum,
Esophagus,
And up through your lungs,
Increasing in health with every breath,
Every movement,
And every thought of healing.
Your spinal cord and backbone is loving this positive cleaning,
Appreciating you and your positive mindset.
Eight,
Up through your shoulders and still working through and cleaning your backbone and spinal cord.
Feel the tingle through your limbs as it's clearing and cleaning and sifting out the thoughts and negativity and build-up and blockage you allow to let go of.
You allow it to carry away.
You allow yourself to be okay without it.
You trust you are improving your life.
Nine,
Filtering and bringing out,
Releasing and improving,
Deleting the negative and forgiving the past.
On up into your thyroid gland,
Your larynx and trachea,
Your neck and jaw,
Through your mouth and open salivary glands,
And your brainstem,
Your nose,
Eyes,
And ears,
As you appreciate the beauty they hold.
And ten,
As it enters this precious think tank,
Feel the sieve as it gently and lovingly enters and gently runs through your brain,
Cleaning and healing,
Erasing moving,
Freeing,
Deleting,
Healing,
And repairing your thoughts as well as your cells,
Your cerebellum,
Brain lobes,
Hippocampus,
And the tiny moments in between.
Feel this sieve as it gently and graciously exits through the crown of your clean skull.
With these blocks as they rest on this sieve and have fallen to the ground around you,
Around your beautiful healthy body,
And you might possibly find some floating in the air around you or somewhere you didn't expect,
Go ahead and say goodbye to them.
Tell them thank you for helping and keeping you safe.
You no longer need them.
Tell them goodbye and watch and feel them float away.
Watch as they dissipate and become like dust,
Thanking you for allowing them to age with you,
But knowing you no longer need them and they're okay leaving.
Feel them dissipate.
Feel them dissolve.
Feel them disappear.
Rest.
Rest and appreciate the cleanliness in your body.
With this knowing of healing and improving,
Breathe,
Relax,
And breathe.
Appreciate your time here and wiggle your fingers.
They're so clean right here,
Right now,
In this exact moment.
Come to this exact moment here and now.
Everything is good.
Feel it.
Feel the good.
Smile.
Feel the good in right now.
Feel what it feels like.
Recognize this feeling of being better than before.
And as we wrap up this meditation and we start to come back to here and now,
Thank yourself for stepping back and allowing the universe to lead the way.
As soon as you're ready,
Wiggle your toes,
And when you're fully ready,
Open your eyes.
