It's really important to understand what's happening when we're feeling fearful or worrying It's really important to notice how our awareness is being drawn out of the present moment and all of the ease and power And peace that's there into this old energy this small and conscious energy this fear energy and It's really important to notice that we have a choice in every moment to stay present or Or to get lost in thought and emotion But we have a choice and mindfulness can teach us that and it can also give us tools on how to do it And that choice is to stay present to stay in our bodies to stay grounded in this moment and doing that Will help you stay out of those old patterns that you no longer need those small thought patterns And it'll let you stay more present in every moment
