Good morning,
It's another beautiful day,
Let's celebrate life,
Connect to the energy of peace and freedom and open up for guidance of love for today.
We're going to start with some deep breaths to help you wake up better.
So sit comfortably with your back straight and especially if you've just woken up it's a good time to do a few gentle stretches,
Maybe roll your shoulders to the back,
Open that heart space,
Move your neck side to side or in a circular motion,
Start waking up these muscles of the neck,
Of the shoulders.
Maybe you want to do a side stretch as well,
Stretching your right arm all the way over to the left,
Then stretching your left arm all the way over to the right.
As we move,
As we breathe we are already engaging this inner energy,
We are waking up,
We are already allowing more flow of this energy which is helping your brain,
Your mind,
Your body to wake up better and stronger.
So come back to stillness now,
You can keep your hands onto your lap,
Onto your heart or wherever you feel comfortable.
And first we're going to just take 3 deep cleansing breaths with the intention of letting go of any stress or any fear or worry about today and connecting more to possibilities,
To love and total freedom.
So first exhale fully and then taking a nice and deep inhale as you expand your belly,
Your ribs and your chest open up and exhale through your mouth,
Totally release and relax.
And again inhale that beautiful energy full of light,
Full of new opportunities.
And exhale,
Release and let go,
Grounding yourself even more.
And one more time like this,
Nice and deep breath in as you open your heart,
As you expand your lungs and full breath out as you release and let go.
Beautiful just notice how this breath feels in your body and how amazing it feels to breathe deeply.
You breathe 24x7 but how much of this time you actually breathe with awareness,
With using the full capacity of your lungs and really appreciating the simple gift of breath which is a gift of life as well.
Ok for the next 1 minute we're going to practice a little bit more energizing breath,
So a little bit faster paced,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth,
Using your core muscles as you push the exhale and really warming up those energies from within.
Keeping the intention of filling yourself up with this life energy that gives you motivation,
Inspiration and strength to do things and to go through all the waves of life,
All the ups and downs as long as you stay in the space of awareness,
You are safe.
So exhale fully,
Letting go of the air and let's start in and out.
Keep going like this,
In out,
In out,
In deeply through the nose,
Out fully through the mouth.
Keep your focus and enjoy.
Feel the power in your lungs,
Just 10 more seconds,
Maybe you can go a little bit stronger,
A little bit faster now.
And in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1,
Exhale fully,
Now letting go.
Take a longer breath in and a full breath out.
Come back to your natural breath and just notice how you're feeling now.
Notice if there is any change in your energy,
In your body.
The breath has such a great power to help us change our inner state and you can use it all the time throughout the day.
You always have your breath with you.
We're just going to finish this meditation with a few gentle affirmations that hopefully can guide you through the day.
And remember,
As you repeat any affirmations,
Really connect to the energy behind them.
Connect to the meaning of these words and already feel yourself in this elevated state,
In this freedom state,
Guided by love.
I am ready for this beautiful day.
I am resilient and can overcome any challenges.
I am full of confidence and courage.
I am choosing now to have a great day.
I am in control of my life and my happiness.
The energy of light is flowing through me.
I radiate light and unconditional love.
I will share love and kindness with all that I meet today.

I am constantly growing and improving.
I am inspired by the world around me.
I am energized and motivated by my goals and my dreams.
The energy of abundance is present within me and I experience abundance everywhere I go.
