Sit back and relax,

All is well.

If you have been overthinking a lot recently,

If you are normally worrying a lot about the future,

This is your reminder to let go of that unnecessary stress and tension,

To finally breathe out,

Exhale and to breathe in peace,

Trust and possibilities,

Reminding yourself that here and now,

You have enough,

You are whole and trust in the natural unfolding of life,

Without forcing,

Without pushing.

You are here,

You are alive,

You are breathing,

And that's all that matters.

Let's take three deep breaths together to release that energy of fear,

Of worry and doubt and invite knowing,

Trust and inner peace.

Exhale all the air out to leave your lungs completely empty.

Inhale,

Taking a longer breath in through your belly,

Ribs and chest,

And exhale through your mouth,

Release it all,

Let go of all that stress and all that fear,

And again take a longer breath in,

Opening up for peace,

Opening up for love,

And exhale,

Release,

Let go of any energies you don't wish to have in your life right now.

And one more time,

Inhale fully,

Expanding through your heart,

Knowing that you deserve love,

And exhale totally free,

Totally open,

And just notice how only a few deep breaths are making you feel,

Coming back to this present moment,

Grounding yourself in the here and now.

Sometimes we stay too much in the mind,

And that's where all the stress comes from,

That's how we are projecting the stress and the fear onto the body,

Creating tension in the mind,

Creating tension in the body as well.

But remember that you have the power to change your thoughts,

You are the ruler of your mind.

Maybe sometimes you allow the mind to rule you and control you too much,

But as you live from the space of awareness,

As you live from the space of love,

You realise that you are in control.

So here and now,

Choose peace.

There is so many things that of course you can't control and that you don't know,

But instead of worrying and giving yourself this energy of stress and fear and frustration,

How about you choose the attitude of peace,

Of trusting,

That God,

The Divine,

The Universe works for you and is taking care of everything you are taken care of,

Your future is taken care of.

Here and now,

Disconnect yourself from the mind,

Release that fear and doubt,

Release that energy that is holding you back from enjoying your life,

From being grateful for every experience that you are given.

Start walking through life from the space of your soul,

Thinking,

Acting,

Speaking from the space of love,

Looking at everything as a part of your human experience,

Not judging it if it's good or bad,

Positive or negative,

It is what it is.

And in my inner environment,

All is well,

Everything is fine,

I am grounded in peace,

I am grounded in love,

The divine force that has created the clouds and the sky,

The trees and the forest,

The fire and the water,

The same energy is within me and I am trusting this divine force,

In my life all is well,

In my mind all is well,

In my body all is well,

I choose soul over ego,

I choose trust over fear,

In each moment of now I choose love,

I am love and all is well.

Feel free to place one or both of your hands on your heart,

Connect to the space of inner wisdom within you,

Reminding yourself that you are protected,

That you are supported,

That you are divine.
