Welcome to this moment of peace.
I invite you to take a comfortable seat wherever you are.
Make sure you are supported and warm.
Lengthen your spine and slowly start relaxing your shoulders.
Maybe invite a few circles with your shoulders up and down to help your chest open to release that stiffness that you might be carrying in your upper body.
Maybe a few gentle movements of your neck,
Stretching your neck to the right and left.
And through these soft movements already connecting with your body.
Noticing how is my body feeling right now,
At this moment.
Can I invite just a little bit more space?
Then slowly come to the centre as you start feeling your breath more and more.
Exhaling to let go of tension and inhaling to create more space.
Take a few nice full and deep breaths like that.
Inhaling nice and long and exhaling fully release.
And keep going like that just a few more times.
Remembering that breath is your anchor to the present moment.
So really feeling this breath here and now.
Feeling that expansion that you are creating and feeling that relaxation as you are letting go,
As your body is melting down to the earth.
Noticing your sit bones connected to the ground beneath you and noticing that support.
Knowing that your body is held here.
That the time you take for yourself is sacred and it's so important.
Can you soften into this moment just a little bit more?
Can you give yourself a few words of kindness right here and now?
Maybe it's simply I am safe and supported.
I am grateful for all the work I'm doing.
I am enough and I have enough.
I am strong on the inside and outside.
Just choose your sentence now and repeat it quietly three times.
Beautiful.
And with the next breath in slowly stretch the arms all the way up and over your head,
Lengthen your spine and feel that space.
And exhale bringing your hands together to your heart.
Pausing just for a moment here to express gratitude for your life,
For your breath and for yourself for taking these few minutes of your day to connect with your breath and to come back to peace.
You deserve it.
Thank you.
Namaste.
