Welcome to the Genius Unlocked meditation series.
In today's meditation,
You're going to learn how to gain the learnings from your intuition.
Bring all your attention inside to your breath.
Notice what you notice with each inhale,
Each exhale.
On your next deep breath in,
Bring all your attention to your feet and toes,
And breathe relaxation all the way down.
When you exhale,
Notice how relaxed you become.
On your next deep breath in,
Breathe in and notice that relaxation traveling up your legs and settling into your hips.
As you exhale,
Notice your relaxation gets deeper and deeper.
On your next deep breath in,
Notice that relaxation traveling up your back and into your chest,
And relaxing your shoulders.
As you exhale,
You notice how relaxed you become.
Your relaxation with each breath gets deeper and deeper and deeper.
On your next deep breath in,
Notice that relaxation traveling down your arms and all the way out the tips of your fingers.
As you exhale,
Take that relaxation deeper and deeper.
On your next deep breath,
Notice that relaxation traveling up your neck,
Relaxing your jaw,
Relaxing your eyes,
And relaxing out the top of your head.
As you relax deeper and deeper and deeper,
Ask your intuition to come out and join you,
To support you in grounding and connecting.
However your intuition appears is perfect for you.
Your intuition could be appearing the same as it has before.
It could have evolved or now represents itself in a different form.
It could be a visual representation.
It could be a voice that you hear,
A feeling that you have,
Or a knowing that your intuition is with you.
However your intuition appears is perfect for you.
So bring your attention to the soles of your feet,
And in a moment,
Take a deep life breath.
And when you breathe in,
Open the soles of your feet and hold as you send your grounding cord all the way down into the center of the earth.
Exhale as you anchor into the center of the earth,
However you anchor is perfect for you.
And hold again as you notice what you notice,
The energy from mother earth running through your body.
Breathe in,
Opening the soles of your feet,
Hold as you extend your grounding cord easily and effortlessly all the way down.
Exhale as you anchor into the center of the earth,
And hold again as you notice what you notice.
As your breath returns to a relaxing inhale and exhale,
Notice what you're noticing now that your intuition is with you as you've grounded into mother earth.
Does your intuition share anything with you,
Or do you just have a knowing that their presence is there,
Is supporting you as you ground?
Now bring your attention to the crown of your head,
And in a moment,
On your next life breath,
As you breathe in,
You'll open the crown of your head,
Hold as you extend your connection to source all the way up,
And then exhale as you connect to source.
Again,
Whatever your definition of source is perfect for you,
And however you connect,
Whether it's plugging in,
Tuning in,
Or connecting via light,
However you and your intuition connect to source is perfect for you.
And then you'll hold again as you notice what you notice as you fill up with source's energy.
So breathe in,
Opening the crown of your head,
And hold,
Extending your connection to source.
Exhale as you tune in,
Turn on,
Plug into source's energy,
And hold again as you notice what you notice,
Bringing your awareness to source's energy filling your body.
Does your intuition have anything to share with you around connecting to source?
Or are you noticing what it feels like,
Sounds like,
Looks like,
Or you just know that it's different with your intuition with you?
Just notice what you notice,
Bringing your awareness inside the grounding and connecting energy,
Now asking your intuition to support you in gathering all the energy that's no longer serving you on your next life breath.
As you breathe in,
You're going to gather all the energy that's no longer serving you.
Hold,
Giving it love and gratitude,
And release,
Sending it all the way down your grounding cord.
And then holding again,
Noticing what you're noticing to have that energy leave your body.
So breathe in,
Gathering all,
And hold,
Giving it love and gratitude,
And release,
Sending it all the way down,
And hold again,
Bringing your full awareness to the changes,
No matter how minute or small,
Or no matter how significant or big.
Have your intuition support you in noticing the difference.
In a moment,
On this next life breath,
Breathe in all the love and light from source,
Hold as you give that love and light,
Gratitude,
And exhale,
Sending that energy from source through every cell in your body,
Filling in all the space that was left vacant from the energy you just released.
And then hold again and really notice the differences,
No matter how big or how small.
Notice the differences of what it feels like,
Sounds like,
Looks like,
Or even what you know,
Knowing that you are filled with Source's energy.
Bring that awareness to you.
So breathe in light from source,
Hold,
Giving it love and gratitude,
And exhale,
Sending it through every cell in your body.
And hold again,
Really noticing,
Have your intuition support you in really becoming aware of the differences being filled with Source's love and light.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Your relaxing inhale and exhale,
And ask your intuition to take you to the most beautiful of beaches.
Now this could be a beach that you've visited before,
It could be a beach along a river or a lake or the ocean,
Wherever your intuition takes you is perfect for your journey today.
Just find yourself there,
Whether you're seeing the beach looking through your own eyes,
Or you feel what it feels like to be on this beach.
You might even hear the sounds of the waves lapping up on the beach,
Or you just know that you're there.
Begin to trust your intuition even more to know that you're exactly where you deserve to be.
Take notice of what you're seeing,
The water,
Sand,
Foliage,
Maybe you notice some fish or dolphins or whales.
Bring awareness to what are you truly hearing,
The waves splashing onto the beach,
The animals,
The wind,
What are you feeling externally and internally,
Feeling your feet walking through the fine beautiful sand,
Or maybe you're wading into the water line,
You feel the cool breeze on your cheek and the sun warming your body,
And then take notice of your internal feeling.
What does it feel like to be in this peaceful,
Serene space your intuition has guided you?
Can you feel it in your heart,
In your stomach,
Or maybe in your head?
Just bring your awareness and take notice.
What do you know about this beach?
The knowing allows you to feel safe and secure in love.
Bring your awareness to that knowing,
And as you continue to walk down the beach,
You see in the distance a wonderful log that has been worn by the wind and the water,
A beautiful and comfortable chair,
And you find yourself over to this chair that has been carved out of nature and source,
Give you the most wonderful places to sit,
You find yourself comfortably sitting in this chair,
You feel your feet digging in and playing with the sand between your toes,
You're so comfortable,
Your intuition is there with you,
You're grounded and connected,
And ask your intuition to give you a representation of a current challenge you are facing in your life right now.
You're safe and secure and full of love from source,
Yet in front of you,
Your intuition has given you a representation of a challenge you're facing in your life currently.
Just notice what you notice,
And now your intuition is giving you a gift.
Your intuition hands you this gift,
And you know the moment you take this gift that it includes all of the learnings that you deserve to learn about yourself,
That when you learn them,
The challenge will have a solution.
It will come to you easily and effortlessly.
You'll notice that with confidence,
You'll take the inspired action steps to solve the challenge,
And you notice that when you're handed the gift,
You have a feeling of excitement or a knowledge or a knowing that you will have a solution.
So with the representation of the current challenge in front of you and the gift in your hand,
Open the gift and notice the learnings that your intuition has provided.
The learnings could be written on a scroll,
Or they could be words in a box,
Or a knowing,
Or feelings that you have,
Or however your learnings appear to you is perfect.
So ask your intuition,
What are the learnings?
These learnings are positive.
These learnings are about you and you alone,
And these learnings consist of qualities and characteristics of yourself that you can take with you into the future.
What does your intuition want you to learn so you can see yourself as source sees you?
Your learnings could be things like powerful,
Grateful,
Intuitive,
Courageous,
Strong,
Creative.
Those are examples,
And they may be part of your learnings.
Yet truly ask your intuition,
What are the learnings you deserve to learn that you can take into the future?
So now that you have these learnings,
We're going to take a look at them a little closer.
So look at your list of learnings,
Or know your list of learnings,
And look to see if you have any learnings that are negative or something that you don't want.
For example,
I don't deserve to be hard on myself,
Or I'm not a bad person,
Or I'm not.
Bring to the forefront of your mind's eye any learnings that are negative or something that you don't want.
Your learnings will then be stated in the positive.
So look at all of the learnings,
Then ask yourself when you have that,
What do you want instead?
And then what do you feel?
Ask your intuition to support you with restating any of your learnings.
Now that you have all of those learnings,
Ask your intuition to bring up any of your learnings that are a thought.
Examples being,
I should forgive myself,
Or I should forgive them,
Or I'm okay,
Or maybe they did the best that they could.
Bring up all of those thoughts,
And then ask yourself when you know that,
What do you have?
You could say strength,
Courage,
And then when you have that,
What do you feel?
You could say safe,
Or secure,
Or love as an example.
So take a moment and ask your intuition to bring any of your learnings that are a thought,
And then ask when you know that,
What do you have?
And when you have that,
What do you feel?
And now ask your intuition to bring up any learnings where there is a label or an identity.
For example,
You're a good leader,
Or a good mom,
Or you're a hard worker.
Ask yourself,
What are the qualities and characteristics of that label or identity?
So if you have a label as a good leader,
What are the qualities and characteristics of a good leader?
You might have decisive,
Powerful,
Dedicated,
Compassionate,
And then when you have that,
What do you feel?
So have your intuition,
Bring any of your learnings that are a label or an identity,
And ask,
What are the qualities and characteristics of that label or identity?
And then when you have those,
What do you feel?
At any time,
You can always ask your intuition for clarity,
Or to show you in a way that's easy and effortless for you to understand.
Learning about your learnings,
And you deserve to learn all of your learnings in an easy and effortless way.
Your intuition is always there to support you getting your learnings in a way that will allow you to see you to see yourself as source sees you.
So ask your intuition,
Is there any other learnings you deserve to learn to see yourself as source sees you?
Gain those last learnings,
And then ask your intuition,
What is the next best step to support you in the solution to the challenge that's in front of you?
The learnings you deserve to learn from the gift that your intuition gave you,
To find the solution to the challenge that was represented to you.
And so now you're asking,
What is the next best step to support you in the solution to your challenge?
Once you have that next best step,
Thank your intuition,
And know that your intuition will keep the learnings that you deserve to learn to support you in the solution to your challenge.
And as you thank your intuition,
You stand up from the log confident in your learnings and confident in your next best step.
And you find yourself easily and effortlessly walking back up the beach.
And as you continue to walk up the beach,
You start to notice with each step you take,
You become more and more aware of yourself and your physical space.
Your next step,
You begin to wiggle your toes in the physical plane.
And the next step,
You might shift your hips or roll your shoulders.
And in your final steps,
You bring your full attention back to the physical plane,
Roll your neck and shoulders.
And when you're called to do so,
Open your eyes,
Feel your feet firmly planted back in the physical plane,
Knowing that you're still grounded and connected.
And take some time and journal about your experience.
Write down all of the learnings you can consciously remember,
Knowing that your intuition has all the learnings stored in your unconscious mind,
And then journal about your next best step and what it'll feel like to resolve the challenge.
