Sit back and relax as you and your intuition ground, connect, and quiet your mind. Through this meditation, you'll learn how to rid your mind of busy and cluttered thoughts. This is a meditation you can come back and listen to anytime.

Welcome to the Genius Unlocked Meditation Series.
Bring all your attention to your breath.
Go inside and notice what you notice with each breath you take.
Bring all your attention to your feet and toes and breathe in deeply,
Sending that breath all the way down and exhale as you relax your feet and toes.
With your next deep breath,
When you breathe in that relaxation travels up your legs and into your hips and exhale into deep relaxation.
Breathe in,
Sending that relaxation through your chest and up your back and exhale as you go into a deep relaxation state.
Breathe in as that relaxation travels across your shoulders,
Down your arms and out your fingertips and exhale as you become more and more relaxed.
Breathe in as you send that relaxation to relax your jaw and your eyes and even out the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
A full blanket of relaxation fills your whole body.
Just notice what you notice as you're fully and completely relaxed.
You bring your attention back down to your feet and in a moment take a deep life breath and when you breathe in you open the soles of your feet and hold as you extend your grounding cord all the way down to the center of the earth and exhale as you anchor into the center of the earth.
However you anchor is perfect for you and then hold again as you notice what you notice to be fully grounded in Mother Earth.
So breathe in,
Opening the soles of your feet and hold,
Extending your grounding cord all the way down.
Exhale anchoring into the center of the earth,
However you anchor is perfect for you and hold again as you notice what you notice being completely grounded in Mother Earth's energy.
Bring your attention now to the crown of your head and in a moment breathe in all sources,
Love and light.
Hold giving it love and gratitude.
Bring your attention to the crown of your head and in a moment on this next deep life breath when you breathe in you'll open the crown of your head and hold as you send your connection to Source all the way up.
Exhale connecting or tuning in or plugging into Source's energy and then hold again as you notice what you notice to be completely connected to Source's love and light.
So breathe in,
Opening the crown of your head and hold,
Sending your connection to Source all the way up.
Exhale tuning in,
Plugging in or matching the frequency of Source's energy and hold again as you notice what you notice being fully connected to Source's energy.
On this next life breath,
Breathe in gathering all of the energy that's no longer serving you.
However you gather that energy is perfect for you.
Hold giving it love and gratitude as it served a purpose up until now.
Exhale sending it down your grounding cord to be rejuvenated by Mother Earth and hold again as you notice what you notice with that energy no longer there.
So breathe in and hold giving that energy,
Love and gratitude.
Exhale sending it down your grounding cord and hold again as you notice what you notice.
On your next life breath,
Breathe in all of the love and light from Source.
Hold giving it love and gratitude and exhale sending it through every cell in your body and filling all the spaces with gold,
Love and light and hold again as you notice what you notice.
So breathe in and hold and exhale and hold again.
Notice what you notice.
Bring your attention now to any conscious thoughts or any noise in your mind.
You can easily and effortlessly quiet the busy mind,
The distracting mind,
The conscious thoughts.
So just notice if you notice any conscious thoughts or distracting mind.
Bring them to your attention and in a moment,
We're going to take a life breath and we're going to let those conscious thoughts just flitter away.
So on this next life breath,
Imagine a red balloon and in a moment,
You're going to take a deep life breath in gathering all of those conscious thoughts or any part of your distracting mind,
Hold giving them love and gratitude and letting them know that you'll pay attention to them when you're back and then exhale taking all of those thoughts and blowing them into the red balloon and then hold again as the red balloon floats away,
Clearing your mind of any conscious thoughts.
So breathe in,
Gathering all of those thoughts and hold giving them love and gratitude and exhale blowing them into the red balloon and hold again as it flitters away.
Bring your breath back to a relaxing state and notice of the thoughts disappear.
If not,
Imagine those thoughts sprouting out of the top of your head into beautiful flowers.
Any part of your mind that's distracting you or any conscious thoughts,
Imagine them sprouting out of the top of your head into beautiful flowers and in a moment on this next life breath,
When you breathe in,
You're breathing in the scent of these beautiful flowers.
Hold as you give it love and gratitude and exhale blowing the flowers away.
All of your conscious thoughts will flitter away.
So imagine those flowers on the top of your head,
All of those conscious thoughts and distracting mind and breathe in,
Breathing in the beautiful scent and hold giving them love and gratitude and exhale blowing the flowers away and hold again and notice what you notice as your mind goes quieter and quieter.
Notice if you have any more conscious thoughts or a distracting mind that didn't float away in the balloon or blow away with the flowers.
Just imagine those thoughts as a beautiful waterfall and the thoughts are just flowing easily and effortlessly in your mind and in a moment on this next life breath,
When you breathe in,
You're breathing in sources energy,
Love and light and you're holding giving love and gratitude and then when you exhale,
You're going to pour gold,
Love and light over the top of the waterfall as it turns those thoughts into love and light from source.
So breathe in,
Gathering all the love and light from source and hold giving gratitude to the waterfall of thoughts and the energy from source and exhale pouring that love and light over the waterfall,
Turning the waterfall into a gold loving beautiful representation of sources love.
Now notice what you notice.
Bring all your attention to your breath.
Notice your quiet mind.
Breathe into the relaxation that you've created for yourself at any time during any meditation that you have a thought or a distraction.
You can always take a deep life breath and change those thoughts and distractions into a deep relaxing life breath.
You bring your attention to each inhale and each exhale.
Notice what you see with your quiet mind.
Notice what you hear with your quiet mind.
Notice what you feel with your quiet mind.
Notice what you know with your quiet mind.
Spend some time in your relaxation and your quiet mind and your life breaths will bring you knowledge and wisdom,
Relaxation,
Ideas.
Be in the quiet.
