This lunar series meditation is called,
You Are Right On Time.
Let's begin with resourcing the present.
Gently scanning our bodies to locate our anchor.
When we practice locating our anchor,
We are learning our bodies,
Noticing what we feel and where we feel it,
Without judgment or in conclusion.
We are becoming aware,
Becoming aware of a point in our bodies that can ground our practice.
Maybe allow me to guide you through.
As we scan our bodies,
Remember you are in control.
Notice what brings you inward,
An anchor there throughout this practice,
When guided and when your body lets you know you should.
Here's a moment for you to decide on a comfortable position as I lead you in.
Maybe you lay down now or sit comfortably and close your eyes.
I'd like to invite you to your feet.
Gently notice,
Notice them.
Maybe bring your awareness to your toes,
Moving them around,
Just increase the awareness.
Traveling up the arch of the foot,
Meeting at the heel,
And just noticing what you feel.
And when you're ready,
Meet me at the back of your knee,
Traveling at your pace up your calf muscles,
Tracing the back of the leg,
And just bringing your awareness there.
What is it that you feel?
Just notice.
And when you're ready,
We'll travel up the back of the thigh,
Meeting at the hips.
Take your time.
Really trace the back of the leg.
And just noticing what it is you feel.
And slowly,
When you're ready,
We'll start tracing up our spine.
Nice and slow until we meet at our shoulders.
And just noticing what you feel.
Relaxing in,
Releasing.
And then traveling up our neck when you're ready,
We meet at the back of our head.
And just noticing what we feel.
Relaxing in,
Even deeper.
Moving forward now into the ears,
Maybe paying attention to the sounds that we can hear.
Gently allow me to introduce an alternative.
And just leaning into what you hear.
Notice how it makes you feel.
And when you're ready,
Travel back down your neck,
Back into the shoulders.
And take your time,
Tracing your arm down to your wrist.
Maybe move them a little to increase awareness.
And move into your fingers and your hand.
And notice them.
Just invite you to place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
Just noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.
Bringing your attention to the heartbeat,
If you can find it.
And now maybe into the rise and fall of the belly.
Good.
How does that feel?
Let's just be here for a moment.
As you intend to be here in this moment,
Notice where you are resourcing it.
What is holding your body's attention?
What returns your attention to this moment?
Listen in and anchor there as I invite your attention to these words.
We must learn to accept that there is no expiration date before our lives end.
In every breath,
We are invited to keep going,
Take our time and try again.
In every moment,
We are always right on time.
Notice how the breath is never late for it to inhale.
And never early for it to exhale.
In its flow,
Pace and rhythm,
It is right on time.
Judge not the pace you have gone or the pace you are going.
Judge not the mistakes you have made and the setbacks you are still overcoming.
You are right on time.
Judge not yourself,
The self of who you are to the self you are becoming,
The self you are remembering.
Judge not your journey to another's race.
Judge not you are with or without what you do or don't do.
Attach not your worth,
Enoughness,
Identity.
Attach not your joy and fulfillment.
Notice that you are right on time.
You are on a journey and you are right on time.
Enjoy this journey.
Accept it.
Don't attach.
Don't judge.
Accept.
Don't attach.
And don't judge.
So you can enjoy this journey.
Joy is here for you.
Joy is here for us right now,
Just as much as it is later.
I'd like to guide you back to your anchor now.
Anchor in as I leave you with these words.
I am not attached.
I will not judge.
I accept.
And I let go.
I am not attached.
I will not judge.
I accept.
And I let go.
I am not attached.
I will not judge.
I accept.
And I let go.
Let it go.
Rest my sacred friend.
Rest.
You deserve rest.
Just to prepare to begin again.
