So listen to this affirmation meditation every day,
Whenever you feel the need to get back into the flow of life.
Listen to the uplifting affirmations as they guide you into who you truly are and what you truly want in life.
So sit back right now,
Get comfortable and let's begin.
Take a beautiful deep breath in through your nose and take that breath all the way down to your belly.
And as you release this breath,
Let go with a deep sigh.
Take another beautiful deep breath in through that nose,
All the way down into your belly and then release with a deep sigh.
Take one more beautiful deep breath in all the way in through that nose and down into your belly and release with a deep sigh.
Now I invite you now,
If you haven't done so already,
To close your eyes and to fully sink in to where you are right now.
Feel the surface beneath you and become aware of the clothing against your skin.
Take note of the temperature.
Are you hot?
Are you cold?
Are you just right?
Now I invite you now to just make yourself 10% more comfortable.
Now take your awareness to your breath once again and take in a big beautiful breath in through your nose all the way down to your tummy and release with a deep sigh.
Just return to the natural rhythm of your breath as it goes in and out your body.
As you breathe in,
You welcome in any positive energies that are surrounding you.
And as you exhale,
You release any stale,
Negative energies out of your body,
Just letting go.
Now throughout this meditation,
Just repeat the affirmations after me.
The more you do this meditation,
The more powerful it will become in your life.
