In this releasing practice we will be connecting somatically with the felt sense of emotions in your body as a feeling, shape or colour and working with this experience to release, alchemise and transform the emotions. Once we have alchemised the energy of the emotions you will be guided to fill the space with expansive energy connected to your highest version of yourself. Today's practice is about connecting with your emotions in your body somatically and transforming and transmuting what you are feeling by working with your emotions,

Working with your body,

Working with the soma and working with the beautiful gift of energy transmutation.

And if at any point it feels too painful or difficult to sit with the emotions you can stop,

You can take a few breaths and just listen to your body and have discernment about whether you are ready to do this practice,

Ready to carry on.

Just listening to your body is the most important thing and trusting that you know what is best for you.

So I would like to invite you to come into a comfortable posture,

You could be sitting or lying down,

Free from distractions and bringing your intention and your awareness inward.

And I would like to invite you to take some nice deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.

And with each in-breath I would like you to imagine a golden sparkly energy filling your body and as you breathe out this energy expands,

As your energy expands.

And this energy brings you into present moment,

It brings you into the awareness of now,

It lets you let go fully of the past and the future for now as we turn inwards.

And you might be aware of tightness or tension in parts of your body.

And just notice without judgment how you are feeling right now.

Noticing the quality of your emotions.

And tuning in to any emotions that you are feeling right now.

There's no need to name them,

If you want to you can name them,

If you can access them.

If you can't access or name the emotion that does not matter for this practice.

I would like to invite you to tune into where in your body you feel that sensation of emotion.

And this might be several areas and that's okay,

There's no right or wrong here.

So firstly where is the area?

And I would like you to notice what is the shape and colour of this feeling in your body.

And again there's no right or wrong,

This could be a simple shape like a square or a triangle.

It could be shaped like a tree,

It could be anything.

But just noticing that shape and colour and where that is in your body.

And turning curious awareness to it.

And seeing what happens when you do this.

Allowing that shape and colour to be there just as it is right now.

You might start to notice that the feeling already starts to shift a little.

And then I'm going to invite you to imagine that you have a volume dial.

And if this dial is not already up to the max,

Up to the 10.

If it feels right for you,

If it doesn't feel right for you to do this and you need to take some deep breaths or end this process now,

That's okay.

Only you know what is right for you.

If it feels right for you and you get a yes in your body,

Turn this dial up to the max.

And I want you to really feel this feeling as a 10 out of 10,

As a maximum volume now.

Turn that all the way up from wherever it is right now.

All the way up to a 10.

And really feel it.

You might have some tears releasing,

You might have other sensations in your body.

Just let yourself really,

Really feel this.

Turning that volume dial all the way up,

If it's not all the way up,

And really feeling this emotion.

Feeling it,

Feeling it.

You might see things,

You might have an awareness of times you've felt this feeling before.

I want you to really go into this feeling.

Well done.

Now I'm going to invite you to do something with this shape and colour.

So you are going to remove this from your body if it feels right for you to remove this.

So you can take your hand and you can pull this shape and colour out of the area.

Or you can shake this shape up.

Imagine inside of you it's shaking,

It's spinning and it is transforming into gold.

Just do right now what you need to do.

Pulling that out,

Transforming that into gold,

Dissolving it.

You can even move it up to your shoulder or down to your shoulder and then out of your arm,

Out of your hand.

You can just move that shape out of your body.

If you need more time to do that,

You can pause this recording.

And when that is done,

I would like to invite you,

Just for a moment,

You're going to open your eyes and we're going to close them again in a moment.

For now I'd like to invite you to open your eyes and I would now like you to look all the way over into the corner of the room to the right.

Moving your eyes as far as they will go to the right and then moving your eyes all the way to the left.

Far as they will go and again moving the eyes all the way to the right and moving your eyes all the way to the left.

Okay,

Bringing your eyes back to centre and closing down your eyes again.

And you're now going to notice that this shape has gone and there is a space in your body.

You're now going to choose a shape and a colour or a feeling that you wish to fill this space with.

Again,

There is no right or wrong.

This could be a sparkle,

It could be a shape,

Could be a colour.

And I would like you to imagine yourself as your absolute best self.

And you are going to allow this shape and colour to start to fill that space,

Becoming brighter and brighter and more vibrant and you feel so amazing.

You are the highest version of yourself with this new energy.

Allowing this shape,

This colour,

This feeling to fill your whole entire body.

Expand,

Expand,

Expand as you feel so aligned.

So aligned to your purpose,

Your mission,

Your gifts.

Allow it to expand out of your body and allow any images to come with this new energy that you are filling in this space.

And if the original feeling or the original shape is still there,

That is okay as well.

Both of these things can exist together.

Holding the emotions,

Holding the shadow and holding the light at the same time.

This is the duality,

The polarity of this existence.

And you can raise your frequency,

You can raise up this energy of your best self whilst holding whatever you need to hold in this moment.

And you can come back to this and do this practice again.

And throughout your day you can just anchor in that light,

That feeling,

That shape of your best self.

You can imagine that just radiating out of your body and around your body.

You could even imagine this shape in front of you on the floor in front of you and you are stepping into it and as you step into it you step into this energy.

So this is your invitation to use this shape,

This colour,

This feeling,

However you wish going forwards in a way that works for you.

So just noticing how you are feeling right now and any shifts that you've had in today's practice.

Taking some deep breaths and when you are ready,

And only when you are ready,

Opening your eyes and coming back into the room.
