Okay,
So closing down your eyes and just bringing your attention into your body,
Taking some deep breaths,
Roots to go down,
Grinding you into the earth,
As you feel grinded and centred in this present moment.
Noticing your connection to source above your head,
All the way up to source energy.
And then you are going to take a deep breath,
Breathing in that energy of source into the abundance above your head,
Breathing that in and down into your body with that in-breath,
Holding that breath,
Holding that abundance.
As you tune into that energy of I hold abundance,
Holding that frequency,
Allowing a little bit of that abundance to circulate out of your body,
I circulate abundance with that out-breath.
Breathing in again,
I breathe in abundance,
I circulate abundance.
One more time,
Really amplifying this feeling now,
I breathe in abundance,
I hold abundance,
I circulate abundance.
Noticing how your body is feeling right now,
How your energy is feeling right now,
What you noticed in that practice.
Even ask the question in this space connected to source,
What would I need to do,
Be or feel to tap into space for abundance,
Even just 5% more today.
And then when you are ready,
Gently,
Slowly bringing your attention back into the room.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
