There are times in our lives when we need answers but aren't sure which way to turn.

We research,

We worry,

We dwell,

We question,

Seemingly to no avail.

It is during these times when we feel disconnected from the guidance we so desperately need.

But truly,

This isn't necessary.

All of this worry and stress is pointless and unfortunately creates the perfect conditions for confusion and further uncertainty in our lives.

As we learn to relax the mind and body,

We reverse this confusion,

This uncertainty,

And instead create space for our mind to access the answers to our questions.

For truly,

The answers lie within us all along.

Imagine for a moment that all of the knowledge,

Wisdom,

And experiences of our ancestors were gathered in one singular location.

Imagine too that all of the knowledge,

Wisdom,

And experiences of people across the globe were located in this same singular location as well.

Would you be willing to dip into this collective consciousness to find your answers?

Join me now as we do just that.

First,

Consider a question.

Your question can be anything of importance to you.

It can be something of a general nature.

Anything you wish to know at this time.

Whatever question you choose is just right for this exercise.

Take a moment to do this now.

Take some time to shift your body into a comfortable position.

Focus on your gentle breathing,

The rise and fall of your chest.

Now push your breath down into your abdomen and continue to feel the rise and fall of your breath here.

Slow gentle breaths.

Give yourself permission to relax for this meditation and begin to clear your mind.

Right now nothing from the outside world is of importance.

Only your greater sense of peace and relaxation.

You may drift in and out.

Out and in.

As you sink into a deep level of comfort and tranquility.

In and out.

Out and in.

As you continue taking slow,

Steady breaths.

One.

Two.

Three.

Your entire body is at peace.

Body and mind,

Mind and body,

Slip further into a place of nothingness.

A place where thoughts do not enter and tension does not exist.

Your mind and body are completely at ease in this serene space.

Now imagine your own stream of consciousness as a river of light.

Notice how the light sparkles and ripples as it flows.

Watch the colors.

Sparkling and shifting.

Shifting and sparkling.

Flowing light.

Feel the warmth of this light upon your skin as you step closer.

Dip your fingers into the stream and feel the tingle of energy.

This energy easily flows throughout your body with the simple contact of your fingers.

Imagine what will happen when you are immersed in this flow of light.

This stream of consciousness.

Step closer now and allow yourself to melt into the stream as the beautiful rays of light swirl and glisten all around you.

In the distance,

Notice a much larger stream of light,

Full of brilliant colors you have never seen before.

Notice the point at which your stream of consciousness merges with this larger stream,

The collective consciousness of the world.

Allow yourself to become completely immersed in this beautiful river of light.

Feel its energy flowing all about.

Sense the wisdom,

The insight,

And the knowledge of the collective swirling around you.

Now ask the stream of consciousness whatever it is that you desire to know in this moment.

So come and meet your true superhero,

Master of the Medium.

Move back towards your personal stream of consciousness and feel the answers wash over you.

Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Now step out of the stream and allow your light to recalibrate with your physical body.

Know that you may return to this meditation any time that you desire to access the stream of the collective consciousness.

It is always here and ready for your questions.

It is time now to fully integrate into your physical body.

At the count of three,

You will fully return to the present moment.

If there is any additional information that you need or require,

Answers will continue to flow to you through this stream of consciousness.

One,

Shifting your body.

Two,

Opening your eyes.

And three,

Stretching and feeling refreshed,

Alert and ready to continue your day with the answers you need right at your fingertips.
