Your dream world allows time for your body to heal itself and your mind to work through problems from your waking life. Remembering and understanding your dreams can help you make sense of the symbols and themes moving in and out of your life. You can certainly pay a dream interpreter if you wish, but the best interpretation comes from your own experience. You hold the key to unlocking the potential within your dreams so that you may better understand circumstances, thoughts and feelings in your waking life. You don't need a dream interpreter...you only need to access the power already within your own mind. Keep in mind that dreams are often figurative...not literal. As you repeat this meditation and the techniques herein, you will learn to remember your dreams and understand them. You will train your mind to use this information as a benefit in your waking life. Note: This track contains elements of hypnosis.

Each and every night as you sleep,

Your mind and body shut down all non-essential functions to allow time to recharge and renew important processes.

During this time,

Your muscles begin to relax,

Much like they are doing now as you follow the sound of my voice.

And your brain becomes more active in the pursuit of restoring important processes,

Such as metabolism,

Your immune system,

And cognitive functioning.

And just like now,

Your breathing becomes more regular and your heart rate slows,

Gently and easily moving you into a restful state.

And in this state,

Your memory consolidates and some believe that your mind works to resolve issues from your waking life.

And as you slip deeper and deeper into this restful state,

You move into the world of dreams.

A place that sometimes feels so real.

A place with fantastical themes and imagery.

A place of rich symbolism you may or may not understand.

Or even a place that you barely recall.

But what if you could remember these dreams each and every night?

What if you could use this state to solve everyday problems or encourage the healing process taking place within your mind and body?

What if you could understand the symbols and themes swirling around your mind so that you can apply the messages they are sending to your daily life?

As you continue to relax and drift now,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of each breath you take,

You can set the stage for all of this and more.

With each breath in,

You inhale the intention to remember your dreams.

With each breath out,

You release all resistance.

Breathing in,

You remind your mind to understand.

Breathing out,

You release all tension.

And as you do,

You continue to relax into a peaceful and receptive state.

Moving deeper and deeper into your mind.

And in this meditative state,

You can program your mind to notice the themes swirling in and out of your dreams.

You may be running,

Searching,

Helping,

Learning,

Or something else entirely different.

But you remember the theme of your dream each time you wake.

And this theme makes sense to you and you easily understand what it means in your waking life.

And each dream brings you symbols that relate to this waking life.

Symbols you can use as a master key to unlock the hidden potential in your dream world.

You can train your mind to keep a special file for these symbols.

A folder that you can pull out of your mental filing cabinet whenever you choose.

You can practice this now.

Simply imagine a filing cabinet standing before you.

Go to this cabinet now and open a drawer containing a pleasant memory.

And as you take out the folder,

You can imagine it in any form,

Shape,

Size,

Or color that you choose.

Plain,

Elaborate.

The choice is yours.

Open it now and watch as this memory unfolds before you.

I wish it talked to you,

As would destiny year.

See how easy it is to remember this memory.

Let's try one more.

Select another file from your cabinet and open it up to a pleasant memory from your past.

Allow that memory to unfold before you.

Let's try another one.

Let's try another one.

Again,

So easy to remember this memory.

And you can do this with your dreams as well.

So simple.

So easy to remember your dreams.

To understand what they mean through the themes and symbols within.

Just like the files of your memories.

You can keep files of these themes and symbols from your dreams.

And you can practice this now,

Just like you did with the pleasant memory.

Take a moment to simply think of a dream you've experienced in the past.

You can browse through the files in the drawer one by one.

Or simply go to the location in your mental filing cabinet where the dream already resides.

In this dream,

What did you see,

Hear,

Feel or experience?

Give it a try.

What symbols or themes presented for you?

Music Allow this information to flow freely into your consciousness now.

Let's practice this with another dream.

Recall or revisit a memory of another dream you've had in the past.

Allow the memory to fully form in your mind.

Music What message did this dream have for you?

Did it bring you solutions,

Or was there an awareness that you needed for your waking experience?

Allow this information to flow within you now,

Moving up towards your consciousness,

So that you may bring this information back into your waking experience.

Music Good.

And as you practice your dream recall more and more.

It becomes so easy to remember your dreams each time you wake.

And as you recall your dreams it becomes even easier to notice the symbols and themes.

And as you recognize these symbols and themes you begin to see patterns and solutions that help with your waking life.

You begin to understand the messages your dreams are sharing with you.

And it's so easy and effortless to understand.

The more you practice,

The more you remember,

And the more you understand.

Each time you wake you naturally remember your dreams.

And each time you revisit this meditation you take steps to create a new habit in your life.

A new habit for remembering your dreams easily and effortlessly each and every time you wake.

A new habit of recognizing and understanding the themes and symbols that move in and out of your dream world.

A new habit of using this knowledge to find solutions and awareness for your waking experience.

So now move into the world of dreams and drift along into a peaceful sleep.

Loved this! My dreams themes seem to be of water and air, both of which flow. As well as things not being as they seem. I intuitively feel them telling me to flow more and not to assume the worst. Thank you so much!

I am a dream interpreter, although I don't do it professionally. My mother interpreted dreams, and I learned from her, perfecting and studying the skill throughout my lifetime. I have always been happy to help others find the meaning behind their dreams. I found this meditation to be very helpful and I have bookmarked it and will return to this on a regular basis Thank you.
