If you are like most people in this world,

There are times in your life when your energy feels stuck.

You feel blocked in some way or maybe stymied.

Perhaps your finances seem out of sorts and you don't know how to resolve the problem.

Or you struggle to thrive in a relationship of some kind.

It is also possible that your career or job path has come to a screeching halt as you search in vain for a new position or path.

Another example of blocked energy may include deteriorating health.

Perhaps a new condition has popped up and you don't know why.

An acute condition has become chronic.

Or a debilitating condition has worsened.

And indeed it is always possible with the rapid shifts in this world that you are struggling with a crisis of conscience or spirituality.

Fortunately,

With a little effort on your part,

You can remove these blocks,

Rejuvenate that energy,

And renew your spirit.

It is true many people often prefer to take the easy path,

Something for nothing,

Putting as little effort into a task as possible.

But in matters of the spirit,

You are a co-facilitator.

And because of this,

A conscious shift in your thoughts,

Beliefs,

And actions is critical.

The healing will begin in this partnership of spirit,

But it is up to you to carry it through.

You have heard the old saying that you can lead a horse to water.

So it is with matters of change.

And to unblock this energy,

You will need to change some areas of your life.

But change need not be painful.

It is the resistance to change that often causes stress and hardship.

As you begin removing the blocks in your energy field and embracing the positive changes in your life,

You learn to shift perspective.

You learn to see all that you have to gain through these changes.

When you make a conscious effort to change,

Miracles happen.

The energy starts flowing once again.

You feel love.

You express your creativity.

You embrace the feeling of oneness with all that is.

And ultimately,

You change your life.

So now,

Let us begin the process of unblocking that energy so that you may move forward along this journey we call life.

Throughout your body,

You have many energy centers and meridians that coincide with the various areas of your life.

Relationships,

Finances,

Careers,

Love,

Self-esteem,

And so forth.

Today,

Let us focus on the seven primary energy centers within you.

The root chakra,

The sacral chakra,

The solar plexus chakra,

The heart chakra,

The throat chakra,

The third eye chakra,

And the crown chakra.

Let us begin with your root chakra located at the very base of your spine.

Everything must have a solid foundation to thrive.

Why then would you be any different?

So think of your root chakra as the foundation for your very being.

It supports you and each of the chakras above it,

Providing a solid foundation of safety and security.

Consider what you need to feel safe and secure in this life.

The basic physical necessities such as food,

Water,

And shelter perhaps?

And what of your emotional needs?

Worry,

Stress,

Fear,

Are they really necessary in your life?

As you bring balance to this chakra,

You feel secure and grounded within yourself,

Which helps to reduce fear-based stress and worry in your day-to-day life.

So now,

Imagine a beautiful disk of brilliant red light residing at the base of your spine.

Watch as this disk slowly begins to spin and open,

Much like the blossoming of a flower.

With the power of your mind,

You can infuse this chakra and each chakra thereafter with the healing white light of the Divine.

Visualize this now.

Allow the white light to fill this energy center,

Completely clearing,

Cleansing,

And balancing the root chakra.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to anxiety,

Fear,

Or lack are pulled into the white healing light.

The physical manifestations of these blockages,

Related to the lower part of your body,

Such as your back,

Legs,

Feet,

Or bladder for example,

Are also drawn into this beautiful healing light of the Divine.

Watch as this healing light now recedes back to the heavens,

Carrying with it all of the toxic energy that you have been carrying in your root chakra.

Notice how this chakra now easily spins and glistens from the deep healing that it has received.

Allow this chakra to continue spinning as you move your focus up to your sacral chakra,

Located just below the navel.

The second chakra is responsible for your creativity and your sexuality.

It is sometimes referred to as the dwelling place of the self,

And it is here that your feelings of abundance,

Happiness,

And pleasure reside.

Do you currently have an overall sense of wellness in your life,

Or do you think there is some area that is lacking?

Does life seem dull,

Uninspired,

Absent of anything pleasurable?

As you bring balance to this chakra,

You feel more emotionally stable,

You find pleasure in life once again,

And your creativity begins to flow.

So now,

Imagine this bright orange disc spinning within you,

Just below your navel.

Allow it to gently open as you again call in the white light of the divine.

As this healing light fills the disc,

It clears away any toxic energy,

Cleanses the energy center,

And fully balances your sacral chakra.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to depression,

Changes within your life,

Loss of creative inspiration,

And any addictions that you may have used to help you cope are pulled into the white healing light.

The physical manifestations of these blockages related to your sexuality and performance are also drawn into this beautiful healing light as well.

Watch as this healing light now recedes back to the heavens,

Allow this disc to open and spin as you call in the divine white light once more.

As this healing light fills this space,

It clears away any toxic energy,

Cleanses this energy center,

And fully balances your solar plexus chakra.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to low self-esteem,

Anger and control issues,

Or difficulty making decisions are pulled into the white healing light.

Any physical manifestations of these blockages,

Such as digestion and metabolism issues,

Are also drawn into the beautiful healing light of the divine.

Watch as the healing light now recedes back to the heavens,

Carrying with it all of the toxic energy that you have been storing in your solar plexus chakra.

It is from your fourth chakra that your capacity for love and compassion flows.

And compassion for self and others.

You are able to easily forgive and to love unconditionally.

So take a moment to imagine a beautiful green disc located right in the center of your chest.

Allow this disc to open and spin as you call in the divine white light.

As the divine infuses this energy center with this healing light,

All toxic energy is cleared and cleansed,

Bringing your heart chakra into complete balance.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to grief,

Anger,

Jealousy,

Betrayal,

Or hatred of self and others are pulled into the healing light as well.

Any physical manifestations of these blockages related to the heart,

Lungs,

Chest,

And lymphatic system are also drawn into this beautiful healing light.

Watch as this healing light now recedes back to the heavens,

Carrying with it all of the toxic energy you have been storing in your heart chakra.

Notice how this chakra easily spins and shines from the deep healing it has received.

As each of the lower chakras continues to spin,

Shift your focus to your throat chakra,

Located in the center of your throat.

The fifth chakra is all about communication and has long been associated with the ability to speak your truth.

Consider for a moment what areas of your life you are keeping quiet about.

What part of yourself are you hiding?

As you bring balance to this chakra,

You feel comfortable expressing your authentic truth,

The foundation of who you are.

So now,

Imagine a powerful blue disc residing within the center of your throat.

Watch as this disc slowly spins and opens.

Infuse this chakra with the healing white light of the divine.

Allow the white light to completely fill this energy center,

Clearing,

Cleansing,

And fully balancing the throat chakra.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to judgment or rejection are pulled into the white healing light as well.

Any physical manifestations of blockages related to your mouth,

Jaw,

Throat,

And neck,

Are also drawn into the beautiful healing light.

The sixth chakra is the seat of your intuition.

Its official name means beyond wisdom,

And it is appropriately called your sixth sense.

What has your intuition been trying to tell you lately?

What knowledge and inner guidance have you received through your dreams and imagination?

As you bring balance to this chakra,

Your inner wisdom begins to flow and the messages of spirit are easily received.

So now,

Imagine this indigo blue disc spinning within the space between your eyebrows.

Allow it to gently open as you again call in the white light of the divine.

As this healing light fills the disc,

It clears away any toxic energy,

Cleanses this energy center and fully balances your third eye chakra.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to doubt,

Indecision,

Or lack of trust in the intuitive signs you receive are pulled into the white healing light now.

The physical manifestations of these blockages related to your eyes,

Head,

And base of your brain are also drawn into this beautiful healing light of the divine.

Watch as the healing light now recedes back to the heavens,

And fully balancing the crown chakra.

All blockages are removed and withdrawn into the white light.

Any mental disruptions related to disconnectedness and limitations of the mind and body are pulled into the white healing light.

Any physical manifestations of blockages related to your head and upper brain,

For example,

Are also drawn into the beautiful healing light as well.

Watch as this healing light now recedes back to the heavens,

Carrying with it all of the toxic energy you have been storing in your crown chakra.

With each of your chakras fully cleared,

It is time to draw the white light of purity down from the heavens once more.

Allow this light to beam straight through the top of your head,
