Take some time today to replenish yourself. Amidst the chaos on the surface of the planet, in our thoughts, emotions, and body, we often meet life with subtle resistance. Beneath this effort, there is a deep stillness that remains untouched. This guided meditation invites you to soften inner resistance and gently meet the moment as it is. Ground yourself in the quiet space of the Heart, where presence, safety, and ease naturally reside.

Start to find a comfortable position,

Either in your seat or on your back.

Make adjustments.

Take deeper breaths.

Take slight movements with your head,

Shoulders.

Big breaths into the back of the spine.

Feeling the skin soften and the gaze turn inward.

Breathing through the heart.

Feeling connected to yourself amongst the inner space.

Let the air from each breath rub gently the chest area and the heart space.

Sense the tenderness in the heart and in the center of your being.

Let the extremities of your physical body soften,

The limbs,

The skin,

The thighs,

The belly.

As you take those full breaths slowly through the heart space,

Remember your commitment to allow everything to be.

To let go of your inner resistance to the moment.

This moment right here,

Allow yourself to soften and open to the power of this presence among us.

Allow yourself to take clearing breaths,

Maybe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

You might scan the face,

Eyes,

Forehead,

And let it soften.

Finding that power and strength that's inside you by letting go of any resistance to this moment.

No need to resist the moment itself right here.

Allow yourself to rest,

To connect to the power of your heart.

Give yourself freedom from the thoughts in the forehead for these next few minutes.

By taking your breath down through the heart space,

Let your shoulders soften again,

And as you breathe through the heart,

Sense your inherent goodness,

Your essence,

Your source,

And the heart of hearts in your chest,

Your being,

Your presence.

A time now to soften away any judgment,

Any stories,

And instead connect to that power of what is beneath,

Connecting to the silence and peace that's inside of us so we can model it fully in daily life.

Sending your last few breaths through the heart space.

Feel yourself rooting and grounding into this peace that's inside.

Feel every cell in your body connected to the peace,

The peace spreading through your thoughts,

Through your bones,

Through your energy body.

Let the peace of your heart spread into the day behind you and into the day ahead of you.

Let the peace of your heart spread into all of your relationships and spread back inward to yourself,

Kissing you from inside.
