Hello,

My name is André Fukunaga and welcome to the meditation Open Yourself to New Forms of Knowledge.

Shall we begin?

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Bring all of your attention inward.

Just settle yourself into who you really are.

Now,

Breathe naturally.

With each inhale,

You receive vital energy.

With each exhale,

You release what no longer serves you.

Feel this vital energy flowing through your body,

Like a soft,

Bright light,

Warm,

Loving and comforting.

With each inhale,

You receive this light,

This vital energy.

With each exhale,

You release everything that no longer serves you.

And this soft,

Bright light is present throughout your being.

It is your natural state.

It is the essence of who you really are.

And through this light,

You begin to open yourself to new forms of knowledge.

Any barriers,

Memories or emotions that might be blocking this knowledge are gently dissolved by this light.

This light is stronger than anything that may prevent you from receiving this knowledge.

So,

Any blocks are gently dissolved by this light,

Which is your own essence,

Your true self.

You are now fully open and receptive to new forms of knowledge.

And not just any knowledge,

But the kind that supports and aligns with your higher purpose in this life.

Knowledge that nurtures your growth,

Your fulfillment and your becoming.

Knowledge that helps you live as your true self.

You are open and you receive this knowledge.

Just allow yourself to receive this knowledge.

Just feel yourself receiving this knowledge,

This new forms of knowledge begin to integrate into all layers of your being,

Physical,

Mental and spiritual.

And this knowledge becomes part of your daily life.

In the way you feel,

Think and act.

This knowledge is yours.

This knowledge is within yourself.

Just allow it to be present in your everyday life.

And as this knowledge becomes part of your daily life,

You are filled with love and gratitude.

Love for life,

Love for being who you are and gratitude for everything you receive.

We are now coming to the end of this meditation.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And begin to return in your own time and at your own pace.

When you feel ready,

You may gently open your eyes.
