This is a meditation for you to be present in the now. We usually get lost in our thoughts, losing contact with the present moment. To be present is to be aware of everything that is happening now, creating a space of inner peace, happiness, and flow.

Hello,

This is a meditation for you to be present.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and relax.

Take another deep breath in and relax even more.

Now just breathe normally,

Inhaling and exhaling through your nostrils.

Just be aware of your breathing.

Be aware of the breathing that is happening now.

You don't have to control it,

You don't have to make any effort.

Your breathing happens naturally and you are just aware of your breathing.

If you get distracted,

That's not a problem,

Just return with your attention to your breathing.

Thoughts happen naturally.

If you are paying attention to a thought now,

It's ok,

Just return with your attention to your breathing.

You don't have to fight your thoughts.

Every time your attention is in a thought,

You just return your attention to your breathing.

Just be aware of your breathing.

And now you just let go of controlling your attention.

Let your attention go to wherever it wants to go.

Where is your attention now?

Just be aware of it.

You may be paying attention to your breathing,

To your body,

To a feeling,

To a sound or to a thought.

It doesn't matter.

Just be aware of where your attention is.

You are the awareness which is aware of where the attention is.

Whatever you are perceiving now,

Just be aware.

If your attention is in a thought,

Just be aware that your attention is in a thought.

You don't have to change your attention.

You don't have to end this thought.

Just be aware that your attention is in a thought.

You are totally aware of the present moment.

Being aware of the present moment means that you are not lost in your thoughts.

If a thought happens,

You are aware of that thought.

Whatever is happening now,

You are just aware of it.

You don't engage with anything.

You are just aware.

And everything that you are aware of is just passing by,

Is impermanent.

You are awareness that is aware of whatever is happening now.

It really doesn't matter what happens.

Stay as awareness.

So,

Whatever happens,

You just stay present.

It doesn't matter what happens.

You stay as presence.

You are just aware of what's happening now.

Just be still.

Be quiet.

Be awareness.

Be present.

Even thoughts cannot take you away from being present.

You are aware of any thought.

To be present is to be aware of your thoughts,

Not engaging with them,

Not rejecting them.

You are just aware of what's happening now,

Even if it is a thought.

Just be aware of what's happening now.

Be present.

Now it's the end of this meditation.

Take your time.

Just come back to your body.

If you want,

You can take a deep breath in.

Feel your body.

You can move your body.

And whenever you are ready,

Just return and open your eyes.

Thanks for meditating with me.
