Hello.
This is a meditation to embrace the virtue of compassion into your life.
Let's start.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and release.
And once more.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Now let your breathing happen naturally.
Inhaling and exhaling through your nostrils.
And just be aware of the breathing.
Observe the air coming into your nostrils and the air coming out of your nostrils.
Bring all of your attention to the breathing that is happening right now.
Now let's center our intention on compassion.
With each inhale,
Invite a sense of compassion and empathy into your being.
With each exhale,
Release any tension or judgment you may be holding on to.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Visualize,
Feel a soft glowing light radiating from within.
The light of compassion that resides at the core of your being.
Yes,
You have the light of compassion inside of you.
And it is deeply inside your heart.
Just feel and see the light of compassion that is expanding from your heart.
Compassion is the ability to understand and empathize with the suffering of others and of yourself.
And to respond with kindness and love.
It is a recognition that we are all connected.
And the desire to alleviate the pain and suffering of all beings.
Just allow yourself to be the compassion itself right now.
Just allow compassion to flow out of your heart.
Feel the warmth of compassion spreading from your heart throughout your entire being.
With each breath,
Allow this light to expand and envelop you.
Filling you with a sense of warmth and tenderness.
Feel the power and reach of the energy of compassion.
Compassion is greater and more powerful than any suffering.
Know that compassion is not about fixing or solving the problems of others.
But rather about offering a listening ear,
A comforting presence and a compassionate heart.
Just open your heart and allow compassion to expand from it.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Help to mind a person or group who is in need of your compassion.
See yourself extending a hand of kindness and support,
Offering whatever comfort and solace you can with an open and loving heart.
Allow yourself to let go of any feelings of helplessness or inadequacy.
And instead,
Embrace the healing power of compassion.
Allow yourself to let go of any feelings of helplessness or inadequacy.

Know that by showing compassion to others and to yourself,
You also nurture and heal your own heart.
You are the compassion itself.
You already have the power of compassion inside your heart.
Just allow it to expand.
With each breath,
Feel yourself sinking deeper into a state of compassion.
Opening your heart to all beings.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Knowing that your compassion has the power to bring comfort and healing to those in need.
You are compassion itself.
With each moment of compassion,
You will find yourself filled with greater love and connection.
Allow yourself to live your life with compassion.
Compassion is more powerful than any suffering.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a moment to express gratitude for the compassion that resides within you.
Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need to reconnect with its uplifting energy.
So slowly,
Start to come back.
Feel your body,
Move your body,
And whenever you're ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
As we exhale,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry the energy of compassion with you as you move through your day,
Knowing that you are a beacon of love and kindness in the world.
