Hello!

This is a meditation to fill the abundance of life.

So close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take another deep breath in and slowly release.

Now just observe your breathing,

Breathing,

Breathe out and just observe the air in and out your nostrils.

Bring your attention to your breathing.

Bring your attention to the cycle of breathing.

Breathe in,

There's a little pause,

Breathe out,

Another little pause.

Just pay attention to all of this.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Observe the sensations that are happening in your body.

Observe the part of your body that is drawing your attention.

You don't need to move your body,

Just observe.

Just bring your attention to the part of your body that you want to.

You can also feel and observe a subtle energy flowing through your body.

There is energy in your body,

Just observe this energy,

Just feel this energy.

Very subtle energy that is flowing through your body.

And when you breathe in,

Just feel your body receiving life force,

Receiving energy,

Receiving love.

And when you breathe out,

Just feel your body releasing all the energies,

Energies that no longer serve you.

So breathe in,

Feel your body with vital force,

With energy,

Breathe out,

Release all the old energy.

Feel this energy,

This vital force,

This life energy flowing through your body.

Feel the life in your body.

Feel the abundance of life that there is in your body.

And now you can expand your energy,

You can expand your awareness.

And with your eyes closed,

Just be aware of your surroundings.

Feel the energy,

The life force that there is in your surroundings.

Maybe a plant,

An animal,

A person,

Maybe some food,

Even objects,

They have a life force.

Just perceive,

Feel,

Be aware of the abundance of life that there is around you.

Your body is full of life,

Your surroundings is full of life.

And now expand your awareness to this planet.

Be aware of the millions,

Billions,

Trillions life forces,

Life forms that live in this planet.

Almost infinite life forms,

Plants,

Animals,

Microorganisms.

Feel the abundance of life in this planet.

Anywhere you go in this planet,

There is some life form,

There is life force.

Life just grows naturally in this planet.

Life is naturally abundant in this planet.

You are part of this planet,

You are part of the life in this planet.

And this planet provides infinite resources for life to happen.

This planet,

The sun,

The universe,

Supplies infinite energy to all life forms in this planet.

We don't have to do anything.

We are just naturally receiving this abundance of energy,

Of life force.

Appreciate this abundance.

You don't have to own anything,

You just receive it naturally.

Feel this abundance.

Feel the energy of the sun,

That it's almost infinite.

And it's free,

You don't have to do anything,

Just receive it.

Appreciate all life forms in this planet,

Appreciate the infinite energy that is provided to all life forms.

You are part of this abundance,

You are naturally abundant.

You don't have to do anything to receive this abundance,

Just be open to it.

Just appreciate it,

Just be grateful,

Just perceive it,

Just be aware of it.

And that's the natural abundance of this planet,

Of the universe.

You don't have to own anything,

You don't have to buy anything.

Just feel the abundance of life in this planet.

Feel your body,

Your mind as one with this planet,

As one with this universe.

You are naturally abundant.

You naturally have all the resources that you need.

Just receive it,

Just allow it,

Just be open to receive it.

Now it's time to come back.

Take a deep breath in and slowly release.

Feel your body,

Be aware of your body.

If you want,

You can move a little.

And whenever you are ready,

Just open your eyes.
