Hello.

Today I wanted to give you a simple reminder.

You are one of one.

You are special.

It literally took a miracle for you to be here today and your body constantly changes and rejuvenates itself.

Every 28 days we get a new liver and so on and so on.

So even at your very essence you're ever-changing and you're never the same.

It's like dipping your foot into a river.

That's that one time.

The river is never the same because it's constantly flowing and evolving and so are you.

We have the ability as humans to continue to adapt and evolve.

We have the choice of suffering,

Pain,

Trials,

Tribulations.

They will come but how we handle them,

How we perceive them,

Is how they affect us.

The choice is yours.

So you can be a one-of-one that embraces,

That evolves,

That does everything they can to not just survive but thrive.

There's no one like you nor will there ever be anyone that is you.

I hope this lets you know that you are important,

That you are one-of-one.

So embrace everything that you are and everything that you're becoming.
