I want to stop in and talk about something that often gets a bad rap.
Anger.
Anger is an emotion that gets a bad rap because so many people don't know how to express their anger.
But contrary to the popular belief that anger is bad,
Anger is a very healthy,
Very,
Very healthy emotion.
It's how you navigate through high emotions,
Not anger,
Because you can be angry and not have high emotions.
Anger is just a sign that something is going against your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Your expectations,
And it gives you adverse feelings.
So the next time someone tries to tell you or convince you,
Or even if you observe and you think to yourself,
Anger is a bad emotion,
I want you to reframe your mind and rethink anger.
When you're angry,
I definitely encourage you to stop,
To breathe,
To slow down for a moment so you can get your bearings.
But being angry isn't bad.
There's something that I learned in recent years called toxic positivity.
It's not healthy to be always positive and always find the silver lining.
We are superior beings because we are able to fill a full spectrum of emotions.
Although many times we want to go far away from pain and suffering,
And we always want to seek pleasure.
Just make sure you learn your emotions,
You have balance,
And you give anger a chance in a different light.
