Hello,
Welcome on in.
Today we are going to be doing a quick guided visualization meditation for success.
And just having you here,
We're going to claim and really know that there is something in your heart that you hope to achieve.
You have a goal,
A vision in mind.
So let's get right on in.
If you'd like to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting up or lying down,
Take a couple of big,
Deep cleansing breaths,
Breathing in all the way to the top and release.
Breathing in one more time all the way to the top and exhale,
Letting it all out.
Allowing yourself to really arrive in this meditation and in this moment.
Clearing out any thoughts,
Any worries,
Any judgment about what is to come,
What has already happened.
We're going to start off by just following your breath in and out.
As you're following your breath in and out,
You are allowing yourself to come more deeply into the present moment.
In this space,
You feel centered.
You feel grounded and supported.
And you feel whole and complete,
Just as you are.
Proud of all the things you have done to get to this exact moment and excited for what's to come.
And now in this place,
I invite you to call to mind this goal,
This achievement that you are hoping for.
Now I want you to breathe into the feeling of the success of this goal.
How do you feel once you achieve it?
Name some emotions,
Whether it's excitement,
Whether it's calmness,
Happiness,
Pride.
Feel these things bubbling up in your chest.
And as you continue to breathe into the knowing that you have already achieved this goal,
Allow those emotions to spread over you.
This goal isn't something of the future,
But something that has already happened.
Where do you see yourself physically?
How do you feel emotionally?
Which people are around you?
What are they saying?
How do they feel?
These can be people in your life who are proud of you,
Who have stood by you and seen you accomplish this goal.
Maybe these are the people who are awarding you the prize of your accomplishment.
You have done it.
Be proud of yourself.
Look back on all the hard work that you did to get here and tell yourself it was worth it all along.
Now in this place,
I invite you to repeat after me.
I am strong beyond measure.
I am capable of anything I put my mind to.
My success is inevitable.
I am so,
So proud of myself.
And finally,
I love myself endlessly.
Notice how you feel in this place.
Allow yourself to feel this pride for yourself,
This love for yourself,
This excitement for all that you have done,
And this confidence that all that you are capable of doing.
Take one more deep breath into this feeling.
And now with this new energy,
I invite you to think of the next one small step that you want to take towards achieving this goal.
And when you're ready,
You can blink your eyes open.
Come back into this space knowing and trusting that you are capable of anything you put your mind to.
