Wow!!! I’m not even sure how to describe this experience! I’m at a loss for words. The sun 🌞 has been integrated into my reality in a different light. I feel changed somehow in a futuristic sense. I expect that I will have a different perspective as a result. I never thought of it as a living thing until now and that is a huge shift in consciousness. I would like to note that each time the Milky Way was brought into the meditation I felt the temperature drop quickly and I felt cold. This was magnificent! Thank you 🙏🏻
