I enjoyed that, Frits. By the end, my whole Being was vibrating as if something large was passing through me. Prior to this sensation, I heard an unidentifiable sound and my ears were interacting with some energy in a novel way. Then it felt as if I was holding something in my right hand. I opened my hand and let it go. I felt something slip away and as it did, there was a deeper letting go in my body. It was a strange yet enjoyable experience.
