RELAXATION FOR POSITIVE SELF-IMAGE This guided relaxation is designed to help you develop a positive self-image,

Strengthen confidence and cultivate self-acceptance.

Let go of self-doubt and allow yourself to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and gently exhale.

Breathe in deeply and slowly breathe out.

Continue breathing,

Allowing each inhale to bring in calm and each exhale to release tension.

Now let's begin a countdown from 10 to 1.

With each number,

Feel yourself becoming more relaxed,

More at peace.

A warm sensation spreads through your hands and feet.

Your muscles grow loose and heavy.

Your thoughts drift,

Bringing you deeper into relaxation.

Feel the relaxation absorb into your skin,

Melting away any tension.

Continue brushing this relaxation over your fingers,

Your palm,

Your wrist.

And as the liquid absorbs,

Your hand feels warm,

Calm and deeply at ease.

Now move up your arm,

Painting relaxation along your forearm,

To your elbow,

Up to your shoulder.

Feel the relaxation sinking in,

Your arm becoming heavier,

Looser,

Completely at peace.

Imagine brushing this relaxation across your neck,

Smoothing it over your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw.
