Connecting with your higher self is a life changing and heart opening experience that will allow you to achieve your highest dreams and desires.

In this meditation,

I will guide you through a journey that will help you to connect with your higher self and raise your vibration so that you may begin to create a positive and healing change in your life.

First,

I will guide you through a relaxation meditation in preparation for the higher self connection.

Lie down or prop yourself into a reclined position and make yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Take another deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Nice and easy.

Imagine you are inhaling a wonderful white healing light and exhale through your mouth all the tension and negativity.

You can visualize the exhale as a darker color that then gets released,

Dissolved and transformed into more light.

Keep inhaling light and exhaling everything you no longer need.

Let it go until all is light.

Now settle into the natural rhythm of your breath.

Let the bright white light enter through your breath and take over all the muscles,

Nerves,

Cells and atoms of your body.

You can feel this bright healing energy wash over your scalp and temples,

Releasing all tension from the muscles around your head and moving over your forehead and third eye,

Energizing you and activating your intuition.

The energy travels through your eyes,

Relaxing all the muscles around your eyebrows and eyes.

It feels so good to relax and let go,

Allowing the energy to fill your cheekbones,

Nose,

Mouth and jaw.

Relaxing your entire face and clearing all the expressions that you used during the day.

Letting go and enjoying the calming feeling.

Your face is relaxed like a blank slate.

This bright healing light is now traveling down the lining of your throat,

Relaxing all the muscles,

Rejuvenating all the cells,

Recalibrating your vocal cords so that you can communicate in a clear and concise way that expresses your truest self.

The bright light travels into your shoulders and upper arms,

Relaxing all the muscles,

Big and small,

Traveling down your arms,

Elbow,

Wrists,

Hands and fingers.

Leaving your whole arms feeling so relaxed.

The brilliant light washes down your chest,

Activating your heart center.

You feel a nice tingling sensation and know that this is healing any heartaches and all the pain that you hold in that area.

You feel cleansed and rejuvenated.

The white,

Sparkling light now travels down your back,

Relaxing all the muscles of your upper body,

All the way down to your waist.

The energy moves into your abdomen,

Relaxing all the muscles and releasing any tension stored.

Everything is set free and you let go.

There is no need to hold onto anything that does not serve you.

You allow relaxation to wash over your entire stomach.

The white divine light begins to flow into your pelvic area and you feel so relaxed.

Using the light to clear any karmic connections that you hold in that space.

The bright light travels down to your upper thighs,

Down to your knees,

Calves,

Shins and ankles,

All the way to your feet until the tips of your toes,

Relaxing all the muscles big and small.

You now feel so relaxed,

Your whole body is now resting.

Now I'm going to count from 10 to 1 and when I reach 1,

Your relaxation will have tripled.
