Allow Reece to help you set the scene. And, once your body and mind are primed, let him guide you into the astral projection technique proper: the astral rope technique. By grabbing onto the rope with your astral hands and climbing up, up, up, you'll eventually find yourself leaving the body and entering the astral realm. Hello there and welcome to this astral projection recording.

Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.

First then let us set the scene,

Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions.

Your bedroom is ideal.

On your bed,

Lights out.

But equally you could lie on your couch in the living room or in a reclining chair in your office.

Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.

So,

I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that.

And when my voice returns shortly,

The session will begin.

In order to successfully astral project,

Complete relaxation is crucial.

And so we'll start by start by releasing all physical tension built up in your body,

Going one body part at a time,

Slowly moving from your feet to your head.

Begin by focusing on your feet.

Imagine a warm,

Soothing wave of relaxation melting away any tension there.

It's sublime in its healing qualities,

Sublime and pure.

Then let that same wave move up to your legs,

Softening them,

Easing them.

Taking your time here,

Not letting my words rush you.

In fact,

In order for you to go at your own pace,

Let me step away for a moment now.

Keep on moving up through your body,

Focusing on any tension as you detect it and letting the warm,

Soothing wave of energy melt it away.

Soon my voice will return.

And now I return to find you deeper in the process.

Which body part are you on now?

Perhaps your chest?

Perhaps higher?

Perhaps lower?

Perhaps you're moving into your face,

Your jaw,

Allowing it to slacken and your lips to slightly part,

Releasing yet more tension.

But again,

I don't want to rush you.

Go at your own pace here,

From one body part to the next,

Feeling the relaxation,

Feeling the warmth,

Feeling the sense of contentment that is subsuming you now.

Let the energy flow.

And when my voice returns shortly,

Your body should feel fully relaxed and fully at ease,

As though it's sinking gently into the surface beneath you.

Now that your body is relaxed,

Shift your focus inward to still your mind.

Take slow,

Deep,

Intentional breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling the same way.

And here,

Within your interior space,

You begin to visualize a serene environment,

Like a peaceful garden or a quiet beach at sunrise.

This is your mental sanctuary,

If you will,

A place where you feel safe and undisturbed.

Spend a while here now,

Crafting it,

Enjoying it,

Letting your mind settle into stillness.

And soon my voice will return.

Your mind is now supremely relaxed,

Like a still lake in a wooden glade.

And alike,

Your body is calm too,

Supremely at ease.

And so,

We're ready to start setting out a clear and explicit intention to astral project.

Affirm quietly to yourself,

I am about to have an out-of-body experience.

I will remain aware and in control throughout the process.

No need to speak these words out loud,

Simply repeat them to yourself inside your mind,

Inside your sanctuary.

I am about to have an out-of-body experience.

I will remain aware and in control throughout the process.

Keep on repeating this to yourself on your own now.

And when my voice returns shortly,

We'll begin with the technique proper.

Your astral projection experience awaits.

Now,

Imagine a thick,

Sturdy rope hanging from the ceiling above you.

Visualize it in as much detail as possible.

The texture of the fibers,

The way it sways slightly.

This rope is your key to leaving your physical body behind.

And so,

In your mind's eye,

Reach out and grab it with your astral hands now.

You might not feel a physical sensation as you do,

But imagine the motion clearly.

Begin to pull yourself upwards,

Hand over hand,

As if you're climbing the rope.

And keep on climbing,

And do not stop,

And my voice will rejoin you,

Shortly.

As you climb the rope,

Focus entirely on the action of climbing,

Let the activity subsume you.

With each pull upwards,

Feel yourself getting lighter,

And lighter,

And rising higher,

And higher.

Keep on climbing,

Slowly but steadily,

And as you move up,

Take note of any sensations.

You may feel a tingling,

Or a sense of physical movement back in your physical body.

Embrace these sensations,

As they're signs that your astral body is beginning to separate from the physical.

Keep on going,

You're getting closer,

Soon my voice will return.

Continue climbing now,

Traveler,

Maintaining your focus as you go.

So,

What are you experiencing?

Vibrations?

Buzzing sounds?

A rushing sensation?

These are all very normal,

So don't let them startle you.

They're signs that you're close to success now,

Very close in fact.

So,

Stay calm,

And keep on pulling yourself upwards.

And soon I'll rejoin you,

And by the time I do,

You will be up,

Astral projecting proper.

You are now,

Astral projecting.

Astral projecting.

You are now,

Astral projecting.

Now that you're aware that you've left your physical body behind,

Take a moment to stabilize yourself.

You might still see the rope,

That's okay,

Take it with you if you like,

To anchor you.

And look around,

Get a sense of your surroundings.

Are you in your room?

Or somewhere else entirely?

If you're in your room,

It might look similar,

But with subtle differences.

Take note of things.

Make observations,

And take a moment to think about what's going on around you.

What are you doing?

What are you thinking about?

What are you doing?

What are you thinking about?

Take note of things.

Make observations,

And immerse yourself in the environment.

I'll stay with you a while longer,

And then we'll be parting ways.

Take your time adjusting to this new environment.

You might feel overwhelmed or disorientated at first,

But give yourself a minute,

And keep on exploring.

Walk,

Touch,

Float through walls.

Your astral body is incredibly light and responsive to your thought here.

Wherever you focus your attention is exactly where you'll go.

And remember the rope.

If you start to feel like you're losing focus,

Grab hold of it again,

And focus on the sensation of it in your grip.

This is a useful trick for re-establishing stability.

As you no longer need my guidance.

You are off and away.

Don't be disheartened.

Just let yourself fall asleep now,
