When Franziska started practicing yoga in Princeton in 2015, yoga became her personal dance. As a stream of water, it flowed through her with the most profound teachings. She felt ever since called to share these practices. Her teachings are inspired by tantric philosophy, hatha yoga and somatic movement. When holding space, Franziska infuses meditation and free movement explorations. She is known to unfold meditative states in students and to help students explore meditation sensations that lead to life-changes.
