We will bring clarity and awareness into your heart space.
These tones will help you release pain and feel rejuvenated so that you will be able to break off barriers.
After this experience,
You will feel a deeper connection to yourself that will allow your creativity to unfold.
You will find peace and more connection to your intention.
I invite you to find your most comfortable seat for today's practice.
You can either lie down or sit.
You're welcome to put a pillow under your hips and find a wall behind you.
Do anything that feels comfortable to you at this moment.
Take your time and embrace your place as you breathe in deeply through your nose all the way down to your lower belly.
Arrive into your present moment.
Feel your spine from your hips all the way up to the top of your crown,
Very straight.
Imagine something is pulling you higher from your crown and you can sit a little taller.
As you sit straight,
Start softening everything around your spine.
Soften your face and gently close your eyes in your own time.
Release the space between your eyebrows and let your jaw drop down to the earth.
Release all the tension in your face and soften every muscle.
Release your neck and your shoulders towards the earth.
Let everything go.
And as you release your shoulders towards the ground,
Observe how your shoulder blades melt closer together and like that,
Feel your heart's face opening up.
Notice how your ribs around your heart are opening up as you continue breathing.
Soften your arms and your elbows and gently bring your hands onto your knees.
Observe how light your fingers are and let them float.
Imagine they're like clouds floating in the sky,
Very light.
Be aware of the ground and feel the earth below you.
Then release everything into it.
Let your hips melt down into the earth and let go everything that needs to go.
Soften your legs,
Then your knees,
Then your feet.
Observe how the earth below you holds you.
As you feel connected to it,
Soften a little bit more.
Visualize your whole body and find parts where you feel tension.
So now,
Use your breath and give these places your full awareness to soften and release.
Take a couple of minutes to let the sound heal you and feel lightness everywhere in your body.
And now,
As you sit still,
I invite you to follow your breath as you breathe in through your nose all the way to your lower belly.
Breathe deeply.
Very slowly exhale to release everything.
Take a few more deep breaths and embrace the present moment.
This present is being offered to you as a beautiful gift.
Breathe in and embrace it.
Now I invite you to take a few more deep breaths on your own and listen to the sound of your heart.
Everywhere in your body can you feel your breath.
I invite you to breathe into your heart space just as deep.
Observe the beauty of your lungs as you breathe in and notice how your chest lifts higher.
Melt your shoulders closer together and release them down to the earth.
How does your heart look like at this moment?
Can you see the beauty and pureness of your heart?
How does it feel like?
Allow yourself to be the observer of your own heart.
What colors is it showing you?
What stories is it telling you?
Imagine how with every breath you take your heart is filling itself with life.
As you breathe in deeply visualize how your heart grows bigger.
Feel your lungs and imagine they are wings and now visualize with your next exhale that the lungs wrap around the heart to protect it and hold it so that now your heart can simply rest as it's floating on your lungs.
Allow it to rest in that safe space.
How does your heart feel at this moment?
I invite you to bring one hand or both hands into your heart space and breathe deeply in there.
Feel how your hands are lifting with the hearts and observe the beauty of that space that offers you so many possibilities.
Allow your hand to connect with your heart space as you breathe deep inside there.
With every breath you take feel more connected to that area that is so vulnerable and tender and pure.
Imagine love flowing through you as a beautiful gift that just wants to be seen.
Take a few breaths and observe the pureness of your heart with the power of the sounds.
Reload.
What is your heart showing you?
Feel how your belly lifts and your chest rises and then on top of the breath,
Hold it.
And then slowly breathe out and release everything.
Let it all go.
Bring both hands in between your heart center and feel your thumbs touching the heart.
On your next exhale,
Bow your head towards your heart and thank yourself for showing up and taking the time for yourself.
