This is a simple, yet very powerful and effective practice to boost you into your higher self. Sit in a comfortable position, close down the eyelids and bring yourgaze to the tip of your nose. Bring both palms in front of the heart center facing upward. Touch the sides of the palms along the little fingers whilst touching the thumb to the index finger for gyan mudra. We are going to chant "Ong namo, guru dev namo, guru dev namo, guru deva" five times on one breath for 11 minutes.
