Alright,

Let's take a few moments to unwind together.

Find a comfy spot,

Maybe on your bed or a cozy chair and let's ease away the stress from your day.

First take a deep breath in through your nose and then gently let it out through your mouth.

Doesn't that feel nice?

Now let's chat about your day.

You've been really busy haven't you?

Work or school or other things that you have to pay attention to or focus on,

They can be really tough sometimes.

Maybe you had a really long meeting,

An exam,

An argument,

Maybe things just didn't go right today.

It's totally normal to feel drained after giving your best efforts and remember those little everyday worries that nag at you.

You know like when you accidentally spill your coffee down your top or you were in a rush and you couldn't find your keys.

It happens to the best of us and it's alright,

Maybe even understood,

To feel frazzled by those moments.

When we're stressed even the little things feel big you know.

But here's the thing,

You did your best today.

You handled those challenges like an absolute legend and now it's time just to let go of that pressure.

The day is done,

You can't do anything more.

So imagine all those worries as little clouds in the sky.

As you breathe out you see those clouds just gently floating away leaving behind a clear calm sky.

Let's take a mental stroll through a peaceful meadow.

Picture yourself walking on a soft path surrounded by the gentle sway of tall grass and the sweet scent of flowers.

The Sun is setting,

Casting a warm golden glow over everything.

As you walk your body starts to relax.

The tension in your shoulders just melts away and your jaw unclenches.

With each step you feel more and more at ease knowing that this time is just for you to unwind,

To let go and recharge.

And as you continue on this journey you come across a babbling brook.

The sound of the water,

It almost sounds like singing,

Is so soothing like a lullaby for your soul.

You decide to sit by the water's edge and dip your toes in the cool refreshing stream.

Let's just take a moment to enjoy the peacefulness of this place.

The soft rustling of leaves,

The gentle chirping of birds and the rhythmic flow of the water.

All of it helps you drift into a state of tranquility.

Now as the Sun dips below the horizon,

The sky turns a beautiful mix of dusky pinks,

Bright oranges and purples.

It's a moment of pure serenity.

Your reminder that even after a tough day there's still beauty and peace to be found.

And as the day fades away so do your worries and stresses.

You are safe and secure in this moment and you can allow yourself to rest deeply.

Take a final deep breath in feeling the fresh air fill your lungs and then slowly exhale releasing any remaining tension.

Now my friend it's time to let yourself drift off into a peaceful sleep.

You deserve this time to recharge and tomorrow is a new day full of possibilities.

Sleep well and remember that you are strong,

Capable and loved.

Sweet dreams.
