And getting comfortable in your seats.
And you could be lying down or sitting down.
Just allow yourself to get comfortable.
Not too comfortable that you fall asleep so much,
But to support you to go into a really relaxed space.
And gently closing your eyes.
And when you're ready,
Taking a deep breath in all the way into your belly.
Holding that breath.
And breathing out on a sigh.
And again,
Deep breath in.
Hold that breath.
And breathing out on a sigh.
And one more time,
Deep breath in.
Hold that breath.
And breathing out on a sigh.
Just allow yourself to sink.
Sink into your space.
And sink into the awareness of your body.
And the awareness of your skin.
And the awareness of your toes.
And your fingers.
And the crown of your head.
And it's interesting that when we bring our awareness to any one place on the body at any one time,
We can feel more supported.
More comfortable and more safe.
So before we begin to relax the body,
Imagine that you are sitting outside now.
And it's on sunset,
The time of night when we watch the sun slowly descending in the sky.
And find yourself sitting on a park bench,
On a cliff face overlooking the ocean.
And all around you there is beautiful soft green grass.
And under your feet you can feel the blades of grass just gently touching the soles of your feet.
And as you sit here and look out into the horizon,
Noticing that the sun is slowly descending,
The sky has become ablaze with oranges and reds and purples and all the colours that represent that beautiful energy of the sun.
And in the distance beyond where you're sitting,
There's a little pool,
Much like a pond.
And here every so often you can hear a tiny little frog making its voice be heard.
And every so often you'll hear a bird flying across,
Either behind you or in front of you,
From one tree to your right and flying across to the left.
And we're aware now that there are those sounds that are around us,
Are comforting us.
And that there are messages,
Messages to slow down,
Messages to come home to your body and bring your heart back.
You may have mingled with people during the day.
Now it's time to reclaim your heart and bring it home back into your chest.
And so as you sit here and continue to watch the sun slowly sinking down in the horizon,
Be aware of your own energy now.
And notice how comfortable you're getting as you feel an energy descending from the crown of your head.
It's a gentle flowing down energy.
This is almost as the sun descends,
So does this energy from the crown of your head.
And feel the energy floating down through your face.
Slowly down past your chin and down through your throat,
All the way down to your shoulders.
And feel it like it was water flowing out in the ocean.
Feel that energy floating across the back of your shoulders and across your shoulders and down your arms.
All the way down your arms and down through your elbows,
Down through your forearms,
Down into your wrists and into your hands.
Feel the energy of this beautiful descending sunlight,
Descending down through your body as well.
And feel this energy now floating down gently through your chest and across your heart,
Floating down,
Down into your stomach.
Each part of your body internally is becoming more relaxed.
And the energy continues down through your abdomen,
Down through your hips,
Your pelvis,
Down through your groin.
Continuing down through your thighs,
Down through your knees,
All the way down through your shins and calves.
And you feel the energy descending down through your ankles,
Down through your feet,
And all the way down to your toes.
Fully aware of the blades of grass beneath your feet.
You become aware that fibrous roots are now extending down out through your soles of your feet and anchoring you to the earth.
And this energy continues to descend on down through your roots and down into the earth below.
So you're aware that you feel safe now,
Conscious of the descending light.
And now all you can see is the shimmering water with just the last little bit of sunrays from that descending sun,
Shimmering across the top.
The sky above is becoming darker.
And finally that sun disappears way,
Way out beyond in the horizon until you no longer can see it.
Yet you're not in the dark.
It's not totally dark.
There's beautiful sparkling stars now illuminating in the sky.
And just to your far left,
You can feel and even see a beautiful full moon.
And that full moon is now rising higher and higher up in the sky.
It's as if the ray of light from that moon is descending through the sky and shining a spotlight on you as you sit here in this beautiful place overlooking the ocean.
And so you can hear the gentle waves rolling in and then rolling back out.
You can hear the occasional bird singing,
Chirping,
Aware that at some stage now it will need to return somewhere where it would class as home for the night.
And that little frog in the pond just behind you is continuing to let you know that it's alive and it's well and it's healthy.
And as you sit here feeling the energy of that moon and the energy of all space around you,
The moon continues to ascend up into the sky.
And finally,
It's as if it's just above you and you are now illuminated by that moonlight.
It's as if you are sitting on a chair on a stage and you're aware of the energy of that moon.
And you call on the energy of this illuminating moon to flow on down through your body and to release any pain,
Whether it be physical or emotional,
Any stresses,
Any fears,
Any doubts.
Let this energy of the moon do its healing work.
So feel the energy of this moon now,
This moonlight.
Feel it flowing into your head.
And it feels different to the energy you felt earlier.
It feels like it's slowly descending and recalibrating.
You feel your energy shifting and changing as the moonlight entering into the crown of your head begins its journey down,
Down through your body.
And much like witnessing chalk being removed from a chalkboard with a duster,
Just imagine now that this is what this light is doing as it continues to descend down.
And you'll notice it gets to one part of your body where you've been noticing some tension.
So just for a moment,
Allow it to stop there.
Maybe it's in your neck.
Maybe it's in your shoulders.
Maybe it was in your head.
Just notice where you've held that tension and allow it to dissolve the frequencies of the moonlight.
Gently dissolving,
Recalibrating and resolving that pain.
Tiny little sparkles of light and energy doing its magic.
Allow it to do that work now.
Allow it to bring to your awareness any resolved or unresolved emotions that may be lingering in any parts of your body that are holding tension.
You may even ask,
What is that in my neck or my shoulders or my back?
Or who is that?
And whatever drops into your mind,
Now let it go.
And let the energy continue to dissolve,
Dissolve,
Recalibrate as the energy continues to move down your body,
Down through your chest and just stop for a moment around your heart and notice if there's any emotion here that needs to be resolved,
Cleansed and cleared so that your heart can feel soft and open and receptive once more.
Feel the tiny tingling light.
Feel the energy clearing,
Softening and healing around your heart.
Now the energy continues to softly descend down through your body,
This beautiful moonlight embracing all the emotions that you've been holding onto in your body.
Let it flow on down through your stomach and down through your abdomen,
Down along your spine and any unresolved hurts,
Anger and any other types of emotions that you may be holding in your stomach.
Now let them go.
And again,
Feel tiny sparkles of energy,
Sparkling,
Dissolving,
Resolving,
Recalibrating and healing.
And feel the energy continue to flow on down now,
All the way down through your legs,
Removing and dissolving any of the exhaustion that you may have felt during this week.
Let it flow on down through your legs and out through your toes.
Allow yourself to melt and soften as you continue to sit here under the warming rays of moonlight.
Continuing to hear the soft lapping of the water on the beach just below.
Listening to the occasional sounds of pure silence.
Being only aware of your breath,
The gentle inhalation and the gentle exhalation.
And allowing yourself to be still just for a few moments.
And allowing nature to speak to you.
Outro And you may be aware of an energy or a presence,
Because as you sit here now,
You're just a beautiful being of light is now sitting beside you.
And you may be conscious of them through your vision,
Or just conscious of their energy.
So gently reach your hand out now.
Be aware that your hand is gently being clasped in the hand of Spirit.

Be aware of any message that you may receive.
Maybe the message is just to be still.
