And bringing your awareness into your body but particularly around your lungs and around your throat.
And allow the sounds to penetrate in through the layers,
Into the cells,
Into the awareness of this beautiful part of your anatomy,

Your throat,

Allow yourself to be aware that you're being carried.
Adrift on a beautiful lake,
Cushioned and supported in a small boat.
Just gently carrying you across the surface of the lake.
Your eyes are closed and yet you're aware of the sunlight on your skin.
And you're aware of the breeze against your skin like gentle kisses.
And the water itself,
As still as it is,
Also has a sound.
It also has a vibration that is carrying you,
Supporting you and allowing you to float deeply into the depths of your being.
And it also feels magical because as you allow yourself to rest here,
You're being transported.
Transported to another time and another dimension.
And it is here that you'll be met by a benevolent being.
And they may be dressed in white.
And it is this beautiful being that you can ask your question as to what do you need the greatest support with your voice?
What is it you need to support you to speak your truth?
To allow your voice to be heard?
