So if you'd like to,
Gently close your eyes.
And as you gently close your eyes,
Now,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
And as you draw your breath into your belly now,
Be conscious of this amazing life force that you are now filling into your body.
Breathing in.
And breathing out longer on the exhale.
Breathing out.
And again,
Gentle breath in,
Into your belly.
And feeling your belly expand as you draw that breath in.
And breathing out on a sigh.
And one more time,
Deep breath in,
Into your belly.
And breathing out on a sigh.
And being very aware and conscious now of your body.
And where you're sitting or where you're lying.
And being conscious now,
Too,
Of this very moment.
And I want you to imagine now that we're going to,
As we visualize,
We're going to bring our relaxation to the body by the steps we take forward now.
So imagine before you now a beautiful stairwell or a staircase.
And this staircase is taking you up into the ethers.
And if anyone has seen the movie Gone with the Wind,
It is this type of staircase that we are actually stepping onto.
And yet,
This staircase is made of gold,
White light.
So step forward now.
Stepping up,
The first step,
The second step,
And the third step,
And the fourth.
And as you continue to make your way up this beautiful,
Golden,
White staircase,
Feel the energy in your body now begin to relax.
Every part of your body now is welcoming this opportunity of becoming more and more relaxed.
So take your next step now,
Up this beautiful,
Golden,
White staircase.
And as you look up to the sky,
This is almost as if there's beautiful clouds that you know you'll enter into once you reach the top.
But we still have a fair way to go.
So continue gently and slowly taking your steps one by one up this staircase,
This magical staircase.
And it's almost if the angels at the very top of this staircase are beckoning you,
Inviting you to join them.
It's as almost if there's a celestial choir that is inviting you to join them.
So continue now,
Making your way up this beautiful staircase.
And with each and every step you take,
Feel your body begin to become more and more relaxed.
And as you now reach the top of this staircase and you enter into this dimension that looks like clouds,
But it really is just the veil that separates our physicality from the spirit realms.
So now enter up into the top of this staircase.
And as you now emerge in this dimension,
Notice how calm and peaceful you feel.
And notice that here in this dimension,
There's a beautiful landscape of nature and everything you see in front of you is so bright,
So colorful,
And so heavenly.
The flowers here are beautiful and bright.
And you can see them in a range of all the colors,
All the colors of the rainbow.
The trees here are so tall.
Their foliage is so green.
And the grass,
The grass is waving in the air and so beautifully green and lush.
And to your left,
You may notice there's a beautiful,
Gentle flowing stream.
And this place looks similar to Earth on a beautiful sunny day.
And yet the colors are more vibrant,
More alive.
And it's here that you can hear the angels sing.
And it's here that you know that your loved ones reside.
And it's here where your higher self also resides.
And it's here where your higher self also resides.
And as you continue to make your way through the grass,
Beside the gentle flowing stream,
The water glistening in the sun,
You can see the angels just ahead of you.
A small gathering.
And there is just one angel standing in front.
And her voice and the song she sings is directed to you.
So make your way closer.
And as you do draw closer,
You'll find that there just before this beautiful choir of angels,
There lies a beautiful soft blanket.
And you know intuitively that this is for you.
This is for you to lay your weary body down and allow yourself to bask and allow yourself to bask in the beautiful rays of sunlight.
To feel the gentle breeze against your skin.
And to allow these angels now,
These healing angels,
To sing,
To sing their healing words over you while you rest,
While you sleep.
And to experience the bliss that is your birthright.
To receive the energy of love that is unconditional.
So allow yourself now to be embraced by the frequency of love and by the energy of nature.

This is where you come to.
So the recognition is deep.
This is just a reminder of who you really are.
And where you really have come from.
And where to you will also return when your life on planet Earth is done.
But in the meantime,
Allow yourself to heal.
To rejuvenate and restore.
And to fill your cup with the energy and the frequency of.
So it's time now.
Time now to return back to Earth.
So as you open your eyes and you look around you at the beauty that is here in this dimension,
In this dimension,
This higher dimension,
You know that you can take this energy back with you as you make your way back now from the blanket back through the grass and back to the golden white staircase.
And as you turn to gaze once more at this beautiful place where the angels continue to sing to you,
Bow your head in gratitude and make your way now back down the beautiful golden white staircase.
Step by step,
Bringing you back down,
Back to your room,
Back to your body and back to your breath.
And as you become aware now that you are back in your own space,
Take a deep breath now into your belly and breathe out,
Gently wriggling your toes and gently wriggling your fingers,
Allowing your body to gently stretch and in your own time now gently open your eyes.
