Ascending To 5D - A Healing Meditation

Journey with me into the deepest caverns of Mother Earth as we discover a mystical lake and a portal of light. It is here, aided by the chorus of angelic helpers and the frequency of both light and sound that we will be transported into the 5th Dimension and 'remember' who we really are. Enjoy the supportive frequencies of the 528Hz and 741Hz Solfeggio tones which will serve to both help us to release all that is blocking our expression while opening us to miracles and deep transformation.

And as you gently close your eyes allow yourself now to drop in to your breath and as you drop into your breath drop into your belly taking a deep breath in all the way into your belly. Breathe in hold that breath and breathing out on a sigh let your sound out breathe out and sigh and again deep breathing hold that breath and breathing out on a sigh and another deep breath in hold that breath and breathing out on a sigh and allow yourself to rest now allow yourself to become very small allow yourself to be a tiny speck of energy and allow yourself now to be transported into the ethers as we now ascend to a beautiful place in nature and find yourself now floating floating in the air moving towards what appears to be a veil and the veil mysteriously opens as you make your way through and as you enter this beautiful space beyond this veil you notice that we've entered into a space in nature where the grass is the most magnificent green and as you enter this place that has many tall and very ancient trees you'll find that this pathway that we're walking on this smooth stone pathway is leading to one particular ancient tree and make your way now here to this tree and you notice that there is an arched doorway and you'll find that the door is open so make your way through this doorway now and you'll be aware that there is a stairwell that leads down into the very depths of this tree and the air is cooler here and as you make your way down this spiraling stairway down deeply into the roots and into the earth beneath this tree that has carried and held this tree for centuries you'll find that we're entering into a beautiful cave and as you step into this cave now it opens up into the most magnificent space and you'll be aware that you hear a chorus of angels singing here they're heralding and welcoming you here and as you enter in here the sounds are echoing around you and right here in the center of this expansive space is a beautiful lake and the light here is brilliant and you'll notice that the light is emanating from a portal in the very center of this large expansive cave and the light is so bright it illuminates all that is here in this space and it's much like if you're outdoors but this is all inside deep within the bowels of the earth Mother Gaia, Her energy, Her love is welcoming you she is so excited to see you here as you step further in and you're aware there are so many light beings here and the chorus of angels continue to sing and the tone that they're singing in is harmonic and one particular beautiful being of light reaches out their hand towards you beckoning you to step into this magnificent lake and the water is gently flowing and as you step in you feel your whole entire being vibrating and this being of light continues to guide you into the very center of this lake and don't be afraid because it's not deep and as you stand here now you're being held and supported and loved and you notice the energy flowing up through your feet it's as if the earth beneath your feet here in this beautiful lake is feeding you and the energy flows up through your feet through your ankles up through your shins and calves all the way up through your knees notice the energy notice the vibration and feel it flowing up all the way through your thighs into your hips your pelvis your buttocks all the way up through your abdomen your stomach up along your spine up through your chest all the way up to your shoulders down your arms through your elbows your forearms your wrists and into your hands notice the vibration in the center of the palms of your hands now feel the energy flowing up through your throat up into your jaw your cheeks around your eyes through your temples through your forehead the back of your head all the way up to your crown and breathe in this energy now this is mother earth feeding you healing and supporting you transforming all the centuries of energy that's impacted your dna your energy systems your heart your mind let yourself vibrate through the energy that is earth that is divine feel supported feel embraced feel held feel loved and now you feel yourself gently lifting up up out of the water and you feel yourself being suspended in mid-air and you're just beneath the portal of light and this energy is flowing down through you the energy of the heavens of the dimension that is known as 5d and it feels safe here to be held suspended all the angels are surrounding you all the light beings of love and light the frequency of sound allow yourself to stay here now allow yourself to be cleansed and cleared held and loved and remember remember remember Remember. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
