Dear friends.
This is Sarah and I'm so happy to be back with you again.
This is our guided practice for the full moon in Pisces.
And if you're in the Northern Hemisphere in 2020,
It's taking place on September 1st or 2nd,
Depending on where you are.
Here in the UK,
It will be 6.
23am on the morning of the 2nd.
This feels like quite an important full moon.
Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac.
And we are in the last days of summer if you're in the Northern Hemisphere.
The season is about to turn.
We're in Virgo season,
So it has that back to school energy.
And with this Pisces full moon,
It's really all about endings.
Pisces is the furthest sign of the zodiac.
It's the furthest away constellation from us.
And it always guides us to listen to our intuition and to know when to stop and to know when to end things.
To move forward,
To change the season,
To make a fresh start,
We need a clean slate,
Right?
The full moon is the high point of the lunar cycle.
It's when the energy is the biggest.
And we can feel it the most.
Pisces is very emotional.
And that feeling of endings,
Of completion,
Of cutting cords can feel quite emotional too.
So don't be surprised if in the days leading up to and on the full moon that you feel that way.
Pisces is water.
This emotion can come in waves.
And the best thing that we can do is to let it wash over us.
We can let that tidal wave of emotion and feeling wash over us and use it to understand what needs to go.
We always release with the full moon,
Right?
We always let go of what no longer serves us.
And we ask that the full moon takes that and we use that high energy point to give power to our release.
And with Pisces,
We can listen to our intuition.
We can dive deep and see what we can understand from the tidal wave of emotion.
From the tidal wave of feeling and maybe the call that we are internally hearing to set ourselves free of something.
I only have two questions to ask you on this Pisces moon.
So as always,

To grab a pen.
And just find a quiet space.

With Pisces,
There can be the temptation to numb.
And we can overindulge and we can try to block out intense feelings.
But let's commit now to sitting with them together.
Because there is where we understand what it is that our intuition,
Our highest self,
Our guides are trying to tell us.
Once you've taken a few just deep,
Calming and cleansing breaths.
See if you can just center yourself.
And let's take some time to listen in.
You can journal this or you can simply sit in meditation and listen.
And listen to what your heart and your gut and your intuition are telling you.

And ask ourselves what our intuition is telling us right now.

We are all very different people now than the people that we were at the start of the year.
We've been through this inward facing,
Reflective,
Traumatic time.
We've learned so much about ourselves.
This is how we want to close the year off.
These are our final few months of 2020.
So let's consider now together what doesn't need to come with us as the seasons shift.
As the leaves start to fall,
What needs to fall from us?
What have we learned about ourselves over these past months?
Think about your autumnal self.
Visualize the change in the weather,
The change in your clothes,
The change in the temperature.
It must take some time to write down what needs to stay and what needs to go.
I'll keep an eye on the time for you.
That doesn't need to come with you in autumn.
That moves us forward.
Date.
The year and date.
Uh oh.
You have one minute left.
Everything that wants to come up just rise to the surface.
And if it overwhelms you,
That's okay.
I'm here to sit with you.
Let's use the raw,
Powerful,
Emotional energy of Pisces.
And instead of letting it wash over us and overwhelm us,
Let's set the intention to let it wash away.
If you like,
You can write down your list of everything that doesn't need to come into autumn with you.
And as always,
You can burn it if you like,
You can invoke that element of fire.
But you can also use the element of water.
And you can soak your piece of paper and you can watch the ink run out of it.
And you can crush it into small pieces.
You could give it to the ocean,
You could give it to a river.
You could flush it away.
Whatever emotion is welling up in you now that you know you need to release,
Give it to the Pisces moon and ask the Pisces moon to take it from you.
