Hello, this is Jacks, your Scottish-American Yin Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Self-Love Advocate. I guide slow, nourishing practices including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Pilates, all with the intention of helping you feel safe in your body, supported in your nervous system, and deeply at ease. My work is rooted in rest, self-connection, and helping people sleep well, feel good, and soften out of the constant doing. In every class, my hope is that you leave feeling relaxed, gently transformed, and reminded that you don’t have to go far to feel supported.
