That was wonderful. 💞 I was feeling overwhelmed and in an ADHD spiral which can resemble depression for me. I found this track, put on my headphones and in an hour I accomplished task I had been putting off. It was almost like no thought was needed. I was just doing! Thank you! I am a forever fan. 🙏🏼💞🪷
