This is a guided practice for entrepreneurs in which you will create goals and intentions for the month ahead. Best done in preparation for a new month, and you will need a pen and journal to complete this practice.

Hello and welcome,

My name is Shanae and it is my absolute pleasure to have you joining me here for this practice.

This one in particular is for entrepreneurs,

Small business owners and the self-employed.

Together we are going to set and align ourselves with some goals and intentions for the month.

You can do this practice at any time,

Anywhere,

As long as you won't be disturbed.

If you haven't already done so,

Make sure you have your pen and journal handy.

To begin,

Let's take a moment together.

Close down your eyes if you haven't already done so,

And settle in wherever you may be.

Coming into this moment with as much focus and attention as possible.

Go ahead and take a nice big deep breath in through your nose,

Fill your chest and belly,

And when you're ready let that breath go out through the mouth with an audible sigh.

Breathing in again when you are ready,

Draw that breath in and let it go with a sigh.

And one more deep breath in now,

Breathing in filling your chest and belly,

And letting it go with a sigh.

Now your breath to find its own rhythm now,

Natural and comfortable.

Fully aware of your body and breath.

Bringing your attention back if your mind wanders,

Back to the breath.

Relax your shoulders.

Let your jaw soften.

Allow your tongue to relax in your mouth.

Allow the space between your brows to relax.

Let your tummy go.

And allow your eyes to rest gently in their sockets.

Continue to breathe.

From this space,

Cast your mind forward to the end of the month.

What would you like to have achieved and accomplished?

Are there new and exciting ideas that you would like to create,

Birth,

Build upon?

Are there things you wish to expand or grow,

Nurture or tend to?

Exploring your business and your personal life.

Be sure to note the balance between the two and how you would like that to appear,

Looking back over the month,

Having just completed it.

If your business has been the centre of your focus,

Perhaps you would like to spend more time with your family,

Friends and on your own relationship with yourself.

Perhaps if your business has taken a back seat and your personal life has needed more of you,

Perhaps you would like to give it the attention,

The energy,

The love that you would like to see it receive.

Finding that perfect balance,

The balance that is right for you and your business.

This balance will be as unique and as individual as you and your business.

Imagine noticing how you would like to feel now.

Imagine yourself looking back over the month and as you do,

Become aware of how you would like to feel.

Sometimes it is helpful to identify the way we do not wish to feel and that can help bring us clarity,

Bring us closer to that which we do want to feel.

What about your marketing?

How would you like to treat your audience and your clients?

What content would you like to create?

And how will you create it?

What about your mindset?

What content would you like to create?

Your physical body,

Your health,

Nutrition,

Movement.

Your spirituality,

Your intuition,

Your personal growth.

Is there anything you would like to create?

Anything you would like to grow?

Any statistics or numbers that you would like to increase?

I'm going to give you a couple of minutes now.

If you still have more to write and you are not perfect,

Simply press pause.

Once you are complete,

Take a nice deep breath.

Let it go out through your mouth.

Place your hand over your heart and close down your eyes.

Visualizing all that you have just written down coming to fruition.

Doing so with ease and grace.

A sense of effortlessness and a feeling of satisfaction.

May all this and anything that is greater than this manifest in your life.

And you may like to repeat after me.

I am committed to take the appropriate steps so that these goals,

These intentions become my reality.

I am dedicated,

Committed and I will take inspired action based upon that which I have written.

Taking another deep breath.

Let it go with a sigh.

Bringing some gentle movement back into your body.

And blink open your eyes.

And so it is and it is so.
