Part 3 - This is a series of teachings on the real struggle of life. Buddha already referred to these thousands of years before. All other religions mention it in one way or another. My podcasts are separated to give you time to digest and overthink. Listen one by one. Parts feel controversial and opposing to common thoughts. Did society become a consumer good, product-oriented, and followers-oriented one and you are one of them, or do you still wish to have a mind of your own?

It's the beginning of living.

When we look at life and what is important,

We make a shortlist of what is really important.

Food,

Shelter,

Clothing,

Social company and fresh air.

They are popping into your mind as the most important values of your life.

As human beings we forget that the most important issues are these.

That's why we are alive.

But what is more important?

The reason why we are still living is the fact that somebody,

Somebody out there did take care of us.

That person or many persons brought you food when you needed to care of your sanitation,

Cleaned your body,

Dressed you and kept you warm when needed.

Due to the care of others we are able to grow up and develop.

That care,

That care is considered love.

Often the devoted love of a parent who needs to struggle to let you grow up.

From the beginning of time love and struggle come together in one united being.

Yes,

That parent,

That caretaker,

The one who took care of you while growing up,

While struggling for your life to grow up.

And love is a struggle of different emotions that come together in moments of happiness as an expression of that love.

But love is always present and lingering in the background of every struggle or battle in life.

We struggle to get love,

We give love,

We accept love and express it.

But it's always that struggle and when we make love all should come together in the moment of happiness.

But from experience we all know that the mind is a strange thing and that during the love making lots of thoughts do across our minds.

And to most people it makes the moments different than what they expected.

And the powers of love are weakened by the inner struggle of every human being.

Both seems to compete and work together at the same moment.

It is said that when a child is concepted at the young age from the parent it will have a lighter nature with less worries and often better health.

On the long term and when the conception takes place at a later age for example after the 30s it will be less light in mind because the worries of the parents are carried on into the conception of the child.

But this is theory and needs much more research to be proven.

But the constant interaction between love and struggle is one of the core issues.

For instance in Buddhism.

The Buddha clearly mentioned that struggle is what keeps our human minds busy all the time.

The relief of struggle leads to a better life.

But the reality is that everything inside our body is part of that constant struggling system.

When we eat everything must be broken down by the force of our digestive system.

Everything must be broken down to the smallest possible elements to be absorbed and used inside our bodies.

Each muscle needs energy which is produced by the mitochondria turning carbohydrates into energy by using them as fuel.

That's breaking them down but creating at the same time every muscle is built using the concept of bending and the interaction of two sides opposing each other in every move.

Yes that is called antagonism.

They move one way or another but they always need each other to have a final result.

And the principle of antagonism is found in every part of nature.

Opposing force needed to create an action and to return back to the status quo.

For most people this constant struggle feels as a negative forces but the result is the forces.

But the real fact is that without those opposing movements in nature everything comes to a standstill and will be cancelled by that same ruthless nature.

Our nature is dealing with the realities of nature.

When there is no action there is no need for the elements anymore and the cancellation or destruction is evident and the end is there.
