Confident Protocol

Welcome! This is my Confidence Protocol. I designed this combination of meditations to help you build your overall sense of self worth! You are amazing and already enough and it is time you start believing it! Most people struggle to believe this. We have all been given negative messages throughout our lives. These messages live forever in our subconscious mind and effects not only our sense of self worth, but also our behavior and mood! Each of these meditations have been designed to help you rewire these subconscious limiting beliefs. Rewiring requires consistency! My recommendation is to choose one of these meditations to listen to as you are falling asleep each night and one as you are waking up each morning. When we do meditations at these times we are already in our subconscious mind!! This is when affirmations, visualizing how we want our life to be, and feeling how we want to feel can have the most powerful impact on our overall sense of self worth. We are literally rewiring our subconscious mind and telling our brain what we want to see in our life! There is so much science to support this! So be consistent. Show up daily, morning and night.
