So, as you go through this process, your mind will be very busy and won't have many chances to get in the way of your present-moment relaxation and rejuvenation. You will feel the power and beauty of the present moment, undisturbed and in a state of deep relaxation. This process can be repeated whenever you want to and whenever you believe it can be useful to you. Welcome!

Welcome to GI session.

Please take the position that is most relaxing for you.

You can sit in lotus position,

You can lie down or you can sit in a chair with your spine straight.

Now find an imaginary dot on the wall in front of you,

If you are sitting,

Or on the ceiling above you,

If you are laying.

Some imaginary dot towards which you will direct and fix your gaze.

Keep your gaze soft and relaxed.

And now,

Without moving your head,

But only with your gaze,

Lightly find another dot,

Which is just two fingers below your primary dot.

Your eyes will have to make a little effort to look at the other dot.

Now return your gaze and your attention to your primary dot.

And feel cozy and relaxed.

Do not close your eyes yet,

Even though you may have this need.

You keep your gaze completely fixed at the dot all the time and allow your whole body to relax.

In the next few minutes,

Nothing else matters but you.

Just relax and listen to my voice.

Nothing will distract you.

No external sounds that may reach you will have no effect on you.

You are more relaxed with each inhale and with each exhale.

In the moment,

Here and now,

Absolutely nothing can disturb you.

Nothing in you or around you.

Every part of your body is relaxed and your mind is relaxed.

If some thoughts come to you,

Just let them pass.

And every moment you are deeper and deeper relaxed.

While you are sitting or lying here,

Deeply relaxed and quiet,

You can feel how your body is alive.

You feel your heartbeat.

You feel your lungs moving slowly and breathing.

You feel how your mind is focused and how your ears listen and everything in you is alive.

All tension and all problems are now leaving you.

Leaving you right now.

Feel how they are leaving and be aware of it.

Here and now.

They have no influence on you.

And everything is relaxed and quiet.

You feel completely safe and completely relaxed.

Feel all the tension going away from you,

Especially the one from your face,

Your neck and your shoulders.

Allow these parts of your body to relax completely.

All the muscles of your face are calm and relaxed.

And your tongue is relaxed.

All the tension evaporates like a fog in front of the sunrise.

Now let all the tension leave your belly,

Your arms and your legs.

All the tension disappears,

Evaporates.

Feel the lightness.

Everything in you is completely relaxed,

Everything except your soft gaze.

Still fix it on the primary dot.

Now you will relax even deeper.

And you will become deeply,

Deeply relaxed.

Now you will feel each part by part of your body,

Starting with the feet and toes on your feet.

You will just for a moment shift your mental attention to what you feel in your toes.

Absolutely all the tension that may exist in your toes and feet disappears.

And your feet are more relaxed than ever before.

Now let the calf muscles,

Knees and thighs relax.

All the muscles of your legs relax lightly and deeply.

Feel how your legs are completely relaxed and heavy.

Now shift your attention to your hands and to your fingers.

And relax each finger on your right and left hand.

Let your hands become completely relaxed,

Calm and heavy.

All the muscles of your hands are completely relaxed,

From shoulder all the way down to your fingers.

You release even the smallest particle of tension in you.

And you have feeling that neither your feet nor your hands want to move anywhere.

Your legs and your arms are completely relaxed.

Only your gaze is still focused on the primary dot.

Your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier.

And they also want to close and relax completely.

But do not close them just yet.

Relax your abdominal muscles now.

And the muscles of your chest completely relax.

And the muscles of the lower back.

Allow them to relax.

Feel how soft,

Relaxed all the muscles along your entire spine.

Let them relax and let all the tension go.

Everything in you and around you is soft.

Your eyelids want to close and relax completely.

And soon they will.

Now I will count from 10 to 0.

And as I count,

You will be deeper and deeper relaxed with each number.

And when I reach 0,

You will allow your eyelids to close.

And you will sink into the endless pleasure of deep relaxation and peace.

Feel you are getting deeper and deeper.

Deeply relaxed.

Your eyelids are heavy and you can close them now or whenever you want.

Your eyes are completely closed.

You feel your whole body regenerate in this state,

Completely refreshed.

You are aware that there is a huge potential deep inside you that you have not used so far.

And right now you have made a decision.

With each step forward,

You will be better version of yourself.

You will be stronger.

You will have far more self-confidence.

You will be much happier and more fulfilled.

All this will surely happen.

And it will not happen to you by chance.

But because you have made a firm decision in the deepest part of yourself.

And you are the only person who will make it happen that way.

You are unique and your contribution to this world is also unique and irreplaceable.

You will be more aware of that fact every day.

And your inner string will grow every day more and more.

You know deep down that all these things are possible.

Actually,

They are already happening.

At the moment here and now,

Your inner strength is growing.

And you can feel that with every breath.

And you can feel that with every breath.

Your happiness and contentment grow day by day.

Your heart is open.

You are progressing from moment to moment.

Just be aware of it and it happens.

It all happens just because you have decided so.

Your mind is calm and powerful.

And your body is strong and healthy.

In this place all bad things disappear,

Leave you.

No more doubts,

Fears,

Anxieties,

Concerns.

Nothing.

You become a better version of yourself every day and you progress in all fields.

You are a person full of self-confidence and full of self-love.

Everything in you and around you is cleansed and healed.

You feel healed,

Strong,

Healthy,

Refreshed.

You feel open and filled with love and gratitude.

Now I will count from one to five and you will slowly emerge out of this deep state of relaxation.

And when I reach five,

You will slowly open your eyes and be completely awake and completely fresh.

Three Four Five Welcome to a state of complete alertness and ease.
