Welcome to GI Session.

And thank you for sharing this transformative journey together with me.

Together I need to emphasize that you always use this practice for one thing at a time.

One segment of your life at a time.

Take some time for self-introspection,

Slowly shifting focus to your breathing.

Follow your inhale and exhale while observing your thoughts and emotions.

Without any judgment or disapproval.

Breathe and observe everything that happens in you.

Soon you will find what you are ready to let go from your body,

From your head,

Your heart,

Your life.

Do not force anything.

And please,

By no means do what you think you should or must do.

Just let go of any identification and allow yourself to see who you are and what you do when you are your most authentic self.

Choose what comes to you in the present moment.

No matter how big and important or irrelevant it may seem to you,

It can be any discomfort or undesirable situation,

Feeling or condition that you are ready to let go.

It can be a feeling of fear of something or someone,

Something that bothers you and causes you suffering of any kind.

It can be situation from your past but also an undesirable situation that you project into the future.

It can be self-judgment,

Guilt or self-criticism.

Whatever it comes to you,

But one thing,

One at a time.

Let it be a self-imposed thought or emotion that pulsates in you at this very moment.

You just breathe lightly and easy,

Without any force.

Allow your body to relax in its natural rhythm.

You just follow the path of your breath.

Now I will count from ten to one.

And with each number your body will be deeper and deeper in the state of endless relaxation.

You feel you are sinking deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Your body is quiet and your mind is getting quieter.

Five,

Four,

Deeper and deeper,

Three,

Everything in you is quiet,

Light and relaxed.

Two,

You are completely relaxed and completely ready to continue with this transformative process.

You are fused with the moment here and now.

There are no goals,

Efforts or intentions here.

There is nothing but full acceptance of everything in you and around you.

You just observe whatever it happens,

Just be aware of it.

If there are thoughts or emotions,

Let them come and go.

There is nothing you need to figure out,

Conclude or find.

Just enjoy in the moment here and now.

Now be aware that you are detached from your thoughts and emotions and you can easily watch them come and go.

Bring your focus for a moment on the thought or emotion that distracts you the most.

Now isolate that thought or emotion or make a group of similar thoughts and emotions or physical discomfort,

Whatever distracts you.

Imagine how that group of thoughts and emotions turns into a brightly shining ball the size of a basketball.

Imagine how you take that light bulb in your hands and take a good look at everything inside,

Whether it is heavy or light.

Is it cold or warm?

Is it hard or soft?

Turn on all your senses to get as much information about that brightly shining ball.

Now drop the ball to the ground in front of you and take a few steps back to have a different perspective on the ball and continue to watch it curiously.

Is it different?

Does it look bigger or smaller?

What is different now that you have moved away?

Imagine that glowing ball now starting to grow.

The ball will grow.

Let it grow until reach its maximum.

You just observe.

Maybe it will grow as big as a car or a house or it will be bigger than our planet.

It doesn't matter.

You just observe.

And when your brightly shining ball reaches its maximum,

You will notice that it starts to shrink.

The ball gets smaller and smaller until its size of basketball again.

Take the ball in your hands again and observe.

Has anything changed?

Just observe curiously.

Now you will notice how the ball continues to shrink slightly just by moving all your focus on it.

Keep watching it and notice that with each of your breath it is even smaller and smaller.

Now your brightly shining ball is so small that stands in the middle of your palm.

Just watch it until it disappears completely.

Allow yourself to be completely overwhelmed by this moment of pleasant empathy.

Emptiness and silence in and around you.

And remember this regardless of where you are or who you are with and what the circumstances are around you.

You can always enter the moment here and now and transform any undesirable physical,

Mental or emotional state.

Here you will always find all the necessary wisdom and guidance.

They are always in the present moment waiting for you.

Bring this awareness gently and joyfully into your body and your whole being.

Fill this moment with every cell of your being and focus on your heartbeat.

Now become aware of the position of your physical body and focus all your attention on your breath and feel your breath infuse you with the energy of the present moment.

Now you can stretch slightly and whenever you are ready open your eyes.
