Welcome to GI session.
In this session,
We will use your power of visualization to communicate with your body,
So you can help your own body to heal and release all pain,
Stiffness or tension,
Wherever you may feel it.
I will be asking of you to put all your focus on your breath.
Please do not pay special attention on your thoughts.
They will be there and they will try to steal your focus.
And when it happens,
It will be enough that you just observe,
Like you are watching a movie.
Every time when you realize that some thought is there,
You will just let it go and shift your focus on your breath.
And do not worry if you struggle with your focus in the beginning.
This becomes better and better with the practice.
If you feel ready,
We can start.
Please find yourself the most cozy position in this moment.
You can sit or lie down.
Choose whatever is best for you in this moment.
Now you can close your eyes and try to feel how your whole body is firmly supported by the ground on which it rests.
You are completely safe and supported.
And you can safely let your entire body be held by that ground.
Now take an easy and deep breath and move your focus on your breath.
Please do not force your breathing in any moment.
Each time you will be better and better.
Easy inhale and easy exhale.
Be aware how your entire body become more and more relaxed with each breath.
Now imagine yourself in a beautiful place somewhere in the nature.
It can be your favorite place or you can imagine fictional beautiful safe place.
In this place you are deeply relaxed and harmonized with every tree and every plant around you.
Imagine all those trees and plants.
Imagine their colors.
Feel the smells.
Feel the temperature of the air.
Open all your senses and try to be connected with all around you.
Now when you feel so deeply connected with all these beautiful trees and plants around you,
Let them heal your body.
Let them heal every part of your body where you feel pain or stiffness or cramps or any kind of discomfort.
Just let go and let them heal you.
Only thing you need to do at this moment is to be open with all your senses and let healing powers of your own body and the plants working together.
Feel how your breath is full,
Deep and smooth.
Now quietly and deeply in your heart you can say thank you to your own body and all helping plants around you.
You can say thank you to this beautiful and safe place of yours because it will always be there if you need it.
And if you feel need you can say thank you for all that you are grateful at this moment.
Now slowly move your focus on your breath and exhale.
And now slowly shift your focus on your body and supportive ground that holds your body.
Be aware of position of your body at this moment.
Feel your legs,
Your arms,
Torso,
Your head.
Now be aware of your entire body and the space that surrounds you.
Feel your legs,
Your arms.
You can stretch slightly and when you are ready you can open your eyes.
